As I told you in the earlier post that sleep, irritation in scalp with dandruff and bloating of stomach was still persistent, I decided to try, one dose of Nat Mur 3x, yesterday afternoon. It did me a lot good. I slept like a baby. Morning no drowsiness. It is afternoon and I am still feeling fresh after lunch(Normally I felt sleepy after lunch). The high point was that when I did yoga today, I felt a lot most stronger, flexible, while doing it. I do asana for an hour or too, vigorous once. The bloating has reduced. But yes taking Nat phos helps too. Downside was that today when I woke up I had slight headache that subsided when I took lunch. The lunch that I had was hearty one after maybe ages. But still no discomfort. Advice please.

If you feel good from nat m 3x, you may continue it taking daily and stop nat phos for the time being. Even there is no harm if you continue with both salts at the same time.
