Things just got confused, bc this thread began in
Nov and then nothing until Feb- I did not know
you were being treated by Evocationer.
The way it works, is one remedy at a time.
And one person has to be in charge of everything,
otherwise you can be prescribed remedies that
interfere with and cancel out, what the other
prescriber is doing.
It is interesting that your ribs do not hurt when
you have the migraine.
It is good that you did not take Arnica and nux vom
together.
There is no problem, you just did not understand,
a lot of people come on here, and do several posts
at the same time for different body issues, usually
I see that and let them know.
Anyway, I suggest that you go back to your other
thread with Evocationer and list the Arnica doses
you have had, and what is going on with All things,
so that All info about you is on one thread.

thank you for your prompt answer .
i posted this thread because i was really in pain with my ribs last year as it usually happens during the year get better , then bad and so on.
when i realized evocationer did a great job with my son, finding a remedy that helped him so much and still is, i decided to let him know about my horrible migraine and all the symptoms related to that issue i did not listed at all my other injuries, knee, ribs and other more because i thought it should be related to what i experience during that time of the pain in my head.
as i said , evocationer treated me with great success even more than my local homeopath changed the remedy and the way to take it.
like a month ago i started again with the pain in my ribs, so i went back to my post, this one, and asked you about what should i do, since you were in charge of my rib case.
i know about not taking remedies together and i respect deeply what you told me and evocationer did , but the pain in my ribs prevent me from doing thins and is not related to the migraine.
i will let the dr know about this, i felt bad about loading him with all my pains .
so , i should no post here anymore?

It is important to keep everything together, to follow advice from only one homoeopath, and to make sure everyone speaking to you knows someone is managing the case. This is to make sure we don't make mistakes and don't step on each others toes either.
