he has been taking this since May 2, he is saying he doesnt notice any changes yet. he is continuing the medicine you have advised above. Thank you.

He says blood in urine stopped before he started taking any homeopathy - it sopped a few days after he took antibiotics from doctor.
He has never had pain due to stones.
He has been taking Berberis Vulgaris (after the Lycopodium was stopped), and the only thing he noticed was that he feels very slight feeling of muscle stiffness on the left side in the area behind the kidney (in his back) - the feeling comes and goes, and is not often. he feels it when he is siting for a long time in 1 position, and is not sure if it is directly related to the kidney stone or whether it is just because he was sitting in 1 position for a while. he is scheduled to have ultrasound treatment 'LithoTrypsy' - on Thursday May 30.

Ok post the results from the test on 30th. Till then let him continue Berberis. Seeing the results-- will let you know if there needs to be a change in the remedy.

He said that they will be removing the stone on the 30th. he is traveling today and next 2 days - and did not take Berberis with him.

He can have morphinum 6c or 30c in hand to use if there's discomfort/pain after lithotripsy.
He can use a remedy Calcarea renalis 3x irrespective of the results of the above process. It'll help expel stone particles.
Is this the first time he's having stones in kidney? or is he prone to this problem?

Yes, first time that he has been diagnosed with stones.
Will get the morphinum and Calcarea renalis. What if he is given other sedatives to numb the pain? should he still take morphinum?

He can still use it(morphinum) along with other sedatives. Or he can take it if the discomfort is not bearable despite the sedatives or painkillers.

Is calcarea renalis the same as calculi renalis? Bot are not available, but I have ordered Calculi renalis - which will take about 1 week, they dont have a record of calcarea renalis here.

He went through the lithotripsy this afternoon, and has taken some pain medication. we couldnt find morphinum either - but he has been given pain medicine as a back up.
Since we could nt find the homeopathic medicine - We found a herbal medicine called 'Chance Piedra' which is an extract of 'Phyllanthus niruri' - which is known to dissolve stone further. Will keep this as back up in case the particles cause pain.

unfortunately could not get the homeopathic medicine. at the homeopathic store we found the PN medicine. the academic paper above - shows that it helps. he took 1 pill today.
We expect to get calculi renalis in 1 week. will be careful not to mix the 2 treatments.

He can use arnica 200c a few doses as you could not get morph.
Till you get calculus renalis/calcarea renalis(both are same) he can take berberis v. in the same manner as before.
P. Niruri is a good herb. It's such a good thing for liver and conditions like hepatitis and jaundice. No problem if it's taken for a few weeks along with these. Just let him take these meds. at different times.

Had taken Percoset pain killer (prsecribed by doctor and there was no morphinum available) after breakfast - vomited in the afternoon.
Rested, and started 1 pill Arnica 200c - this afternoon.
will take 1 more in the evening.
