Please follow my full prescription. I am adding one more medicine:
azadirachta indica 1X or 3X - 1 tab - 3 times a day.

1. 1st to 7 day corton tig 30
2. 10th day suplhur 200 one dose every alternate day of 3 doses.

Too early to repeat arg nit. Lets observe for some more time since your mentals seems to have improved.

The history of my problem and taking medicines is so long:-
when i was in class 4th or 5th i was suffered with tumer in lever and this was heal after taken 2 months alopathic medicine.
I was started masturbation at the 10 or 11 year of age due to ill effect of television scenes which affected on my mind. but once in a month or week and semen was not come on that age. And i am remembering that day when first time semen come with pain when i was continue watching fashion show with deep thinking. i was unknown about semen on that little age. and this habit become strong slowly, when ever i was alone i watch photos in news paper and stimulate organ.
when i was in 11th class in year 1999. i was watching T.V 6 to 7 hours daily in a day and thinking sexually all day, i was masturbate one time daily and for recovery after masturbation i take cold water, cold drink and chocolates and take spicy & oily foods. Also i was itch problem on that times . At night i was problem in sleeping, thinking sexually and make visual story in my mind that i meet with any girl and do sex with them and masturbate, slowly i was feeling too much weakness. one night i was suffering diarrhea. this changes my life, i was feeling too weak , no hope in life, no erection like importancy .
And some hormonical changes takes place in my body such as my chest increases slowly and looks like breast and chest was become loose and pain in chest, i think this was due to weakness , and develop knot in both side of chest but knot was dissolve after some months. i was shying to meet with any one and hesitate to go school also. my class mate was teasing me for this and i become depression patient.
For this i was start taking Aryurvadic medicine and show to many doctors and consult with them. doctors gave me medicine for depression and pills for sleep. Done many test and checkups , but every doctor told me you are normal and give vitamins, minerals and protein powder. my weight was increased to 65 kg but i was feeling very weakness.
i was consult with homeopathic doctor and i was taken his medicine for approx. 4 - 5 months but not heal. on that time i was itch problem also but do not remember that whether pimples are present or not. due to harmonical changes in chest and erection problem one doctor gives me testosterone stroids tablets for some months but it was not heal my problem. i was taken unani medicine also but when i took any medicine for energy, power or strength itch problem increases. i was taken unani medicine for blood purification, pimples and itch problem but not heal.
continusally i am taking different medcines for sexual problem from year 2000.
Actually pimples are to much small on penis, testicle and also on hip, but desire of itch occurs only on penis and testicle. some unani doctor told me that this is due to (jaryan) transparent fluid discharge with urine.
As for as caladium is concerned , in the month of july i have taken over dose of it , caladium 200, 2 times daily, i think for 7 days after this caladium 30, 3 times, for 7 - 8 days. after this 1 m 1 dose. this helps me better for erection, clear yellow stool and full breathing but not proper benifited me for itch.

The way you administered Caladium is not right. Too many doses, fluctuating potency, etc.
Anyways, what is current status. From the way your post is composed, I am deducing that mentals are good. How is the itch?
Are you taking all the follow up medicines prescribed?
Have you been off masturbation, etc?

Dr.Srisri- I am following all prescribed medicines. some time i forget but generally following.
i Have been off masturbation after marriage in 2010. but do sex with wife once in a week. But P.E problem happen with in few seconds in penetration. i feel weakness after sex. i do not have healthy body. Not clear and yellow stool but when take caladium this problem solve.
I do not have eczema problem. only very small pimples are on hips, testicles and penis. but itch only occur on testicle and penis because these parts are soft and sensitive. still itch occur due to sensation in these parts. when i touch these parts on a little bit sensation which is generally happen with every one than small pimples in testicle convert into erotic itch and when i touch and rub it, it increases and i am unable to stop my self. After rubbing 1 or 2 minutes i feel normal.

Dr. Appetite is normal. it was increasing after taking ginsing 1x but now normal.

Thermal modality means, preference of cold/ warm surroundings/ drinks, etc.
Did you observe any teeth imprints on the sides of your tongue. That is do your teeth leave a mark on tongue?

i prefer cold surrounding and open air , in warm surrounding i feel discomfort .
when i take tea or coffee my problem increases such as itch occur, urinate repeatedly.
There is no imprints on the sides of my tongue.
