sir, iam suffering from nightfall frequently.it happens even 5times in a week .fuffering from this problem from past 5 yrs.recently iam taking natrum phos 6x & dioscorea 30 .plzzz tell me will it cure the problem plzz help me n tell me the best med i should take to get rid of nightfall.

Dr. I have taken corton tig 30 for 7 days but problem is still same. Actually this problem is from year 2000. Pimples are very small on penis and testicle .itch causes mainly one or two times in 24 hours and mostly at evening time. And after having sweets it will occur. i am unable to stop my self when it occurs
Please let me know ,should i continue this medicine ?

Day 1: Argentum Nitricum 200C - 1 dose
Day 2 to 14 and beyond:
Morning:
Kali Phos 6X - 2 tabs
Kali Sulph 6X - 2 tabs
Night:
Damiana 3X - 2 tabs
Ginseng 3X - 2 tabs
Report results as and when you notice a change. Observe changes in mental, emotional and physical levels.
Please follow usual homeo restrictions.

Thanks for your reply Dr. Srisri. Sir mostly doctors in our areas are not good one they give over dose medicine in high power,which not effect properly.
I have taken Argen nit. 200 c one dose yesterday.
but ginsing 3x and damiana 3x is not available in market, instead of this ginsing is available in 1x in tab and in liquid form. and damiana is available in 1x only in liquid form . Please let me know what should i do?

Dr. i have taken arg nit 200 on 14-9-2012 evening time .
Pimples are still present and itch occur one or two times in 24 hour.itch starts with a little bit sensation due to small pimples in testicle and when i touch and rub it, it increases and i am unable to stop my self.After rubbing 1 or 2 minutes i feel normal. After rubbing, pimples looks light red.
Dr. as i post before that i am taking Daily 1 cap Rcin 450 mg and 1 tab Myconex 800 mg in morning empty stomach for knot on neck (tuberculosis) is this medicine remove this infection ? or this is due to weakness as told by some unani doctor that this is due to (jaryan) transparent fluid discharge with urine?

azadirachta indica 1X or 3X - 1 tab - 3 times a day.
