Hello doctor,
I had my third dose of Anacardium yesterday morning.
It is 11.25pm here and my depression is little (20-30%) better than before now. But still I am too sad. I am not talking to anybody. I have become quieter than before. I am feeling like everything going on in my life is too much negative. I feel like crying. I am kind of giving up hope. I don't like anybody around me. My head is heavy. If anybody talks to me in little loud voice, it hurts me and I start crying and my head becomes heavier. I am feeling like I am so worthless and pathetic.
But my back pain has improved now by 70-80%. Memory is better than before. Forgetfulness is better than before.

I have again started remembering all those moments spent with my husband and those memories are haunting me like anything. I am finding it difficult to control my mind in this regard and because of which I am losing my concentration. I still don't want to hear anything about him.

Depressed and pathetic thoughts are little better than before.
Furthermore, it seems, something is there, all over inside my head. More like acid.There is little tightness in heart area too.

are extremely upset and emotional ( the men also) this
all will pass. I just want you to know what is going on with
you is not unusual in your circumstances-ask the Creator
to handle your boss and you might be surprised.

Thanks for the update. I am still very tensed. I am not feeling mentally strong as before. I am having a feeling of breakdown time to time. Could not sleep well. I am not able to cope with the situation. Head pressure and headache is there because of the tension.
Don't want to go to work again.
