The pain disappeared before taking Nux vom yesterday morning.
My testicles size seems increased for some time, well before starting taking remedy as presrcibed by you.
Tonight too much continuous erection disturbing sleep. Then in the urine seems semen/PF (dont know), then in the 2nd urine together with stool there was 4-8 drops of PF after stool.
Please advise if i CAN marry in this condition after 2-3 months as it now seem very close.

On one side you thanks to ALLAH and on other side you blame your parents , don't your religion says who cannot Respect Parents , will ALLAH be happy for you.
Nobody in this world can pay the debt of their parents even if they take millions of birth.
Whatever we are facing are results of our own habbits or our past Karma, parents nevers ask us to do these, its only we who played hide and seek game and developed most bad habbit of masturbation on earth and developed wrong fantacies.
Already Dr. Kadwa has suggested (Lycopodium and Nux. are good one)
Do some meditation , Yoga if you can.

Dr. Reckeweg R25 for Urine related problems
Also avoid NON-Veg until you got hold of youself healthwise , instead take fresh fruit juices and green vegetables and some salads , yogurt.

but i think i have more psycho prob than physical that I am sexually unfit and what will happen after marriage if i do not perform!!!

You are thinking again -ve about youself , you should have confidence on yourself , you are fit for what you are worrying for ,that will actually help you(treating Subconcious mind thoughts).
so answer to your question is yes.
if you are not able to get above medicene(Homeopathy - which take quite amount of time but safe), here you can try safe Ayervedic for quicker effect

My body remains hot especially morning 2 hours when I wake up and in the evening until I take one hour rest or sleep after coming from office (timing 8 am to 5.30 am and one hour travelling).
ANyone who shakes hand with me say do you have fever???!!!

Also the front lower 4-5 teeths are decaying from back side. In their base there is dust colour like layer, which sometime break and feels like dust.
