The urine retention problem is since long time.

After First dose, i felt no respone. But after 2nd dose yesterday, urine retention seems to be only 30% of what it used to be. Also urine stream looks strong. Insha allah I hope with the blessings of God it will be OK after 5 doses.

Yesterday I completed 5 dose of Staph 200.

But the urine retention problem does not seem to be cured 100%, though there is some strength in urine stream now. It seems 50% cured.

Also I have night long erections problem which disturbs sleep. Waking up and urinating also does not help. It subsides for a while after urination and when I go to bed after some minutes it erects again.

Today when I again go to bed after urinating, there was too much erection and passion increased though there were no bad thoughts. After I woke up again and urinate there was too much prostatic fluid or semen, whatever. I am not watching TV, pics on internet browser off, no newspapaer, no magazine, etc to avoid stimulation.

I am engaged. When I used to talk my fiancee, even if there was no bad talks, too much prostatic fluid used to come out. I am having this problems since many years (5-6). I used both homeo and herbal medicines. For sometime it looks cured but not completely. Reason may be my masturbation habit which I could not avoid during taking medicines. But now Thank god, I havent done for 35-40 days, though I used to do every 3rd day.

Also advise can I marry in this condition. It may be coming Jan.

Thanks to Allah, I recieved medicines today thru my friend and it got cleared in customs.

During last 50 days, I committed the crime of masturbation only once with the extreme blessings of Allah in half night while not completely awake, and there were night falls 4 times: ist 2 without dream (and it didnt wake me up) and other 2 with dreams of masturbation (and it woke me up immediately or during release).

Please now advise the course of treatment. May Allah help you to advise exactly according to my problem and cure me this time.

Urine retention peoblem is same. Ist full stream comes, then pause, then little litlle drops or dribbling. THen when I leave washroom and sit on chair, etc then it comes. Mostly there is PF comes with this urine which comes after coming out of washroom.

I sleep ususally around 9-10 and wake up at 4 in the morning since last 50 days. But after waking upto 8 body is too much hot and penis very sensitive that it feels the shocks on car seat if road is little bumpy or speed braker.

Penis is very sensitive.

Also advise please whether I can plan for marriage in September.

ALso I remain too much worried about my man power weakness. I am not sure if it is real weakness or just my thought. That's why io want to marry soon so that this tension of mine can be removed.
