It was most likely an aggravation. You should not be 'great' a few hours later. Perhaps a few days later.

Yes an aggravation can come from 1 dose. That is why classical homoeopaths tend to give one dose then wait.

An aggravation may last a few hours to a few days, depending on the situation and the patient.

Did your symptoms go after the Sepia or before it?

You cannot antidote the Causticum. It is long gone from your system. That is not what antidoting is for. You are not under the influence of any remedy now except maybe Sepia.

Repeat the 30c.

I doubt Sepia is your constitutional. From what I remember about your case there is very little similarity between you and Sepia. If all of this is just part of your chronic state, then it will need to be treated constitutionally to resolve it properly.
