OK - and promise to stop pestering you - but you had mentioned that the mixture should be 5 parts water to 1 part alcohol...where does the cream/milk come in? and is soy milk ok?

Sorry that was a mistype. It should NOT be mixed with milk or cream or anything like that.

OK - got it. will start treatment today. incidentally the symptoms have calmed quite a lot, but this is how it is - back and forth all the time. just want to find a longer-term solution.

Hi there,

Apologies for long time with no reply...have just moved and haven't had internet access - additionally i came down with bronchitis and the doctor put me on a lot of medication. i've not been able to find phosphorous in 200c here - have, however found 200k...could you clarify if this is the same?

That is the same potency, although the process of making the CK range is slightly different. Not different enough to matter though.
