The good news is the week on avena sativa q 3 times a week and arsenic album 200c 2 times a week went wonderful with no cold, no diarrhea, no hurting anyway. little bit of feverish feeling sometimes.


BMs are now normal one time a dayand little bit hard. no gases, no bulging of stomach, sounds comming but it is fine after eating. no mucus in stool. ALHAMDULILLAH. Thank you so much for prescribing me the right remedies.


mentally also very peaceful with health. but i have to admit that I am prone to crying. though I have some strong reasons to cry.


I am so happy about my health that I cant explain. since week before starting arsenic album 200c and avena sativa q, i was so hopeless with my health.

though I am good but still feel like I might fall into the same past symptoms of cold and diarrhea. its fear is bothering me.

please suggest me further.

I took arsenic alb 200c and rhus tox 200c one dose each for 3 days.

My cold symptoms are very much controlled.
and no diarrhea since 3 to 4 days but the feeling is there.

no muscles or back pain.

but feel fatigue and sleepy.

pimlples arose on cheek.

I got ferrum Nat and I am waiting on the following remedies
Anacardium Orientale 200C,

Aconitum Napellus 200C and

Kali Bichromicum 30C.

InshaAllah I will get in couple of days.

Dr. Nawaz I am contiuing the ars alb 200c and rhus tox 200c as suggested.
though feeling of diarrhea but I am facing hard stool so I didnot started ferrum met 30c yet.


Dr. Nawaz, I have CT scan of stomach and pelvic ultrasound results came which i want too share.

CT scan said I dont have any abnormalities related to Gastroentorology ( stomach or liver related). But they said I have pelvic congestion,


and the ultrasound of uterus reveals the big polyp in uterus and cyst on left overy and small fibroid.

I had the polyp removed 8 months back and it formed again.

thank you for prescibing me right remedises for cold, i am doing good with out cold.
other wise i was not able to do routine work.

current condition is wonderful with no pains, no fever, no diarrhea, and mental condition good.

I am very grateful to all your help. May Allah give you healthy and prosperous life.

My last period date is 20th of august. last time it was 5 days early as often.

Dr. Nawaz, I had soft stool today I took immodium. Can I use Ferrum Mat 30c for it?

Since loose/soft stool brings me lots of tension.

I had little bit of sheesh kabab. Please let me know if I can have ferrum mat 30c as said earlier.

How are you?
I am writing you afte a week.
your remedies are working well for me.

I ordered 'Pulsatilla Nigricans 30C, Hydrastis Canadensis 30c, Cinnamomum 3x' and all are there with me now.

I had periods on 16th of sep beofe that I took ferrum mat 30c. It help good with stomach problem but some pain in forehead.

as long as i was on arsenic alb I didnot had sinus issues. Alhamdulillah I am still o.k but slight fever 99 and my primary care physician says my nose is swollen and red when she check it today for sinus.

Menses was very heavy, but I took ibuprofen and it help lot in reducing the flow.

Allah has send me your help as a great blessing. I dont know what could had happen if I am not under your treatment. my children and me are surviving with the mercy of Allah swt and your kind help.

I will update my symptoms in one or two days after the mothers natural process completely stop, for further treatment.

I hope you are doing well. I understand the difficulty for internet issues. Please respond as per your convenience.

Yes, my periods are early as usual 4 - 5 days. and I have heavy v discharge some times in a month as usual.

Last month I took ibuprofen 200c 2 times a day for stopping heavy bleeding.

and the bleeding stopped after a day.

after periods I feel a big lump near the left hip bone with pain but Alhamdulillah it went away by itself in 3 days.

I feel no chills or cold when i am on ars alb 200c.

as soon as i am off the remedy i feel chilli and fever.

I have to eat every 3 - 4 hours o/w i feel v weak and muscles feels withdrawn. I like salty things to eat.

By the grace of Allah swt and your kind help I enjoyed very good health last week.

May Allah swt increase your blessings on you and reward you high.

The allopathy medicines which I am taking are not antibiotics or steroids they are sublingual tablets to slow down the gastrointestinal tract process to control diarrhea.

I want to update you with my situation.

Alhamdulillah stomach bulging and grambling is reduced.
two days I had very well digestion. and lot of apetite.
so I eat enough(5 meals and soy milk and fish and some bread).

stool is once a day and soft. only thing is I feel very fatigue and sleepy though I am eating well and I am getting straight 6 hours of sleep but still feel sleepy after kids go to school and difficult to keep my posture staright. Also feel dizzi and I feel my hands coordination is not proper. since it is shaky.
cold is better. but I have to use the nasal spray once a day to stop runny nose.

I didnot had any medicine or remedy since last 3 days except the nasal spray.

I changed the gynecology and she said I having nothng major to worry about .

my main concern is good digestion and reducing fatigue and stopping hair fall and reducing the dry scalp and eliminating sinus.

Please suggest further treatment.
