Knee bruises still emerge when I was on last remedy(jaborandy).

In the meantime, please take a daily dose of Colosynthis 200C in the morning, for 3 days.
Also, I would like you to take 3 doses of Avena Sativa Q per day. First dose at 1:00PM, 2nd dose at 5:00PM and the last dose at 9:00PM, for 5 days.

Assalam Alaikum Dr. Nawaz,
Update of symptoms.
I started avena sativa and colocynthis 200c.
I am sleeping better but my stomach become upset and protrude. feeling good because of sleep.
feeling insecure for eating again.
cannot eat freely.
went bm every day and is soft and easy.
and the vaginal itching increased lot.
I hardly had this in my past.
and dry nose. musclular pains are relieved.
heaviness or slight cramps in lower part of abdomen and sides.
very scaly dry scalp. hairs falling but less. since i had taken jaborandy. but always itchy scalp. and big flakes.
will wait for further instructions.
May Allah reward you high for helping the sick and needy and keep you in sound health and emaan all the time.

Please stop Colosynthis, but, continue with Avena Sativa during the day, for 3 more days.

Thanks for the prescription. I stopped colocynthis as per instruction.
I wont get the Kerosotum 30c until monday or tuesday.
InshAllah I will start after that.
Can I mean while contine with Avena Sativa or Should I take along with Kerosotum 30c?

I had taken sulphur 200c for 2 days one dose each day.
Nothing seems unusual.
same constipation, but I can eat very roughly and the weakness of lower abdomen and lower left and right side of abdomen and bak seems better.
sleep refreshing. skin better. little bit itchy on hand. mentally no confusion or anger or depression as usual busy in my regular house work.
due to weather change/cold climate my stuffiness of nose and dryness of nose is increased lot with slight temp on and off.
normal pain in sole of foot is still there but little reduced.
should I wait for a day or so before starting kerosotum? and avena sativa.
My next MC is 8th of april, but normally it starts 6-8 days early.
My posture is little better after taking avena sativa.

Dr. Nawaz, I finished aloe soc 30c.( this liquid remedy in 65% alcohol was leaking and seems to be old ). But I still use it since I could not go outside.
Recently I was eating heavy items like almond burfy and milk products and spicy food thats why my stomach got upset again.
Like swollen or bulging stomach and 2 Bms in a day but Alhamdulillah It got little better back again. when this happens I loose my confidence. and feels like I will die.
my nose got too much dry and bleed and dry stuff in it. just like my scalp. I am sensitive to cold.
Alhamdulillah my feet are feely comfy which normally hurts lot. I am happy about it. o/w I could not stand without socks.
Dr. Nawaz, I had the open biopsy of breast 6 months back. But it still seems to be not dry. I am constantly working with pressure of running behind kids. may be that could be one of the reason.
Dr. Nawaz, let me know if I can start on kerosotum. My stomach still sensitive is it o.k to take avena sativa along with it.

My feel (soul of feet) normally hurts lot, like I need to massage or wear tights socks in order for me to walk around. The pain usually goes away by wearing something. But when I walk barefoot the pain is terrible and I need to tell my kids to stand on it. This is since after pregnancy. This is normally more in winter.
But since two days I am feeling very light with no pain.
V. itching is reduced. it is negligible.
I am not finding any bruises on knee but they are hurting too. not constant but several times a day. severity is not too much.
chronic sinus is also one of the reason for my weakness. sometimes dizziness.
I started avena sativa as directed.
Alhamdulillah I am eating well now.
