Sorry for the late reply but we have friends over today so have only just found a minute to answer.
My mental symptoms are a lot better than they were, i'm a lot less tearful and far more balanced emotionally.
Physical symptoms - I ovulated yesterday but today my uterus feels slightly crampy - a bit like very light period cramps.
If you need any other information please let me know.

Just to update you on my symptoms:
Mental: I haven't had any get up and go over the last couple of days and generally felt a bit down.
Physical: A few stretching feelings in my uterus now and again.

There is no harm at this time to go ahead and repeat Staphysagria 200C today at any time. Please dissolve 4 drops/pills into 1/4 glass of mineral water. Only one dose please.

But, please shed some light on your main issues? Is your monthly cycle finished? Staph also works on your uterine scars, any improvements? Please keep taking a weekly dose of Staph 200C.
What are the other stomach issues?
Any other physical symptoms?

My cycle doesn't finish until this coming Friday/Saturday so i can give you an update about that then.
As for my uterine scars, my consultant will check them via laparoscopy on the 9th day of my new cycle. They like to check on that particular day as my lining will be at it's thinnest then and they'll be able to see the scars and quality of my lining clearer. When they do the laparoscopy they put the camera through a small incision in my belly button and i will be under general anaesthetic. Do you recommend i take anything for this?
Normally after ovulation i become constipated and this has been far less of a problem this cycle. I am a little bloated around my stomach but this is something i normally get a few days before my period arrives.

Anyway, thanks for the detailed addl. information. It is safe to take Stah 200c dose during period! So, once the weekly time comes, please go ahead and take. But, please do not take any other remedy as some remedies severly impact monthly cycle.

There aren't many normal human beings who give their time and kindness like you do.
I use the castor oil packs 4 times a week before ovulation. They are meant to increase blood flow to your uterus so that you get a healthier lining. Apparently it can help soften and break up scar tissue as well. A lot of women use them when they have endometriosis and PCOS and get good results.
I forgot to mention, i've got a scar on my shin from falling off my bike as a child and even though it isn't a big scar i've noticed that it's less noticeable since taking the homeopathic medicines so hopefully this is a good sign.

Just to let you know that my period arrived today. I had really bad cramps for about 3 hour (which is unusual for me) and i've got hardly any flow. There was a tiny tiny amount of red blood earlier but now it's just brown spotting which is very worrying indeed.
Could you please advise?

As today is Friday, please tell me the exact situation. What has been happening since last Friday?
Please calm down and please do not worry as we will deal with the brown spotting. So, there is no blood mixed with brown discharge? How much is the brown spotting and its thickness? Is it right after your period? It may the left over blood from the last cycle? It may be a miasmatic change? So, it could be any thing? Have you been trying to get pregnant lately?Therefore, please provide an accurate data. We will go from there.

It was 5 July when i let you know that my cycle would finish on the coming Friday/Saturday and the brown spotting i had was on Friday 8 July (so on time). So on Friday 8 i had 2 small clots of red blood early in the morning and the rest of the day it was just brown spotting accompanied with bad menstrual cramps (worse than usual). On Saturday my period arrived properly. It definitely wasn't as clotty as usual and seemed to be a healthy colour.
My consultant has just informed me that my surgery is going to be this coming Saturday (16 July). I've been making sure to get lots of vitamin c in my diet as i've heard it helps healing after surgery.

Yes, the period is still going but is getting lighter now and i haven't had cramps since Friday.
I took the Staph 200C on Thursday (7 July) just before going to bed. I felt a bit tearful Thursday daytime before taking the Staph but have felt mentally well since then. Shall i take it again this Thursday?
Also, i was wondering if i should take anything before or after surgery to help with healing (e.g. Arnica?)or will the Staph help with that?

I'm writing to tell you that i had my operation 9 days ago. When the camera went inside my uterus i had scar tissue in the fundus area which was pinching the top of my uterus together. The surgeon made one cut into it and it my whole uterus opened up to how it should be. There wasn't any scar tissue anywhere else but there was as tiny tiny tiny area of endometriosis which my consultant said was nothing to worry about.
The surgeon inserted a coil which keeps the uterine walls apart so they don't scar together again which will be taken out in 3 weeks time. I'm also on hormone tablets for 4 weeks to encourage my uterine lining to grow.
I've been taking Alumen 6X for over a week now. Is that ok? Should i continue with it?
