Dear Honey,
Please tell her to take 2 (two) doses of Arsenicum Album 30c at a gap of 6 hours. Do not take it at night. Do not take any other remedy or herbs including Hyd medicine (if she cant discontinue it than all of the hard work of us may be go in vain) on the next 7 days. Do not repeat it on the next 7 days.
1st dose means:
Get a 500ml bottle of distilled Water from the nearest supermarket. Pour out about 250 ml of water from the bottle to leave some airspace. Insert 1 pills (If the remedy is in pills form) or Insert 1 drop (If the remedy is in liquid dilution form) of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard 10 times in a row (10 strokes of equal strength). Take 1 teaspoon of this reconstituted remedy dilution and insert into 250ml distilled water. Thoroughly stirred it and take 1 teaspoon of it.
2nd dose means:
Shake the reconstituted remedy dilution bottle hard 10 times in a row (10 strokes of equal strength). Take 1 teaspoon of this reconstituted remedy dilution again and insert into 250ml distilled water. Thoroughly stirred it and take 1 teaspoon of it.
Report back after 7 day. I look forward to your response.
Restrictions: Same as before.

Hello Doctor,
I have updated her about that and she will be taking the medicine as perscribed by you., but her concern is what she has to do if in case her condition aggravates in night.
Any medicine for that o/w I fear she might end up taking hydmedicine as I have seen her condition.It really becomes worse.yesterday after sinus attck she had to take hyd medicine 4 times and even after that she has sinus.
PLs suggest ASAP so that if required she can get other remedy on time.

You said her condition aggravates in night. Would you please tell me about the exact time; which time of the night her conditions worsen (before / during / after sleep / 9 pm -12 am / midnight / 12 - 2 am / late night).
Is she still feeling difficulty in breathing after taking fast 3 doses of Arsenicum Album 30c?

some what around 9 and she is unable to sleep whole night.When she took initial 3 doses she faced the same condition along with little breathing issue.She cannot sleep in one posture as nose gets blocked and she gets difficulty in breathing.Once sinus is aggravated it continues in nesxt morning as well if she does not take hyd medicine
Today she has taken the new dose suggested by you.I will update you how about her condition this night.

Hello Doctor,
I am happy to share that yesterday night she did not have sinus attack and there was no need of taking Hyd medicine.
How ever I find her little confused as she says it might be due to the fact that day before yesterday she had to take 4 doses of hyd medicine to cop up with sinus attack.
So she is not sure is this the effect of hyd or homeo.
One more thing which she told me in a discussion was this that since 3-4 years back her hands and feet started shrinking and on seeing them I could easily make out that she has good flesh on rest of the body but veins were totally visible on hands and feets.
The doctor then recommended Calcium ,after that the shrinking has stopped but no further improvement in hands and feets.
She is waiting to see what happens today for sinus and is having her fingers crossed.
She also says' God bless you(not me its you)'.

Hello Doctor,
Its a miracle that has happened to her.She is fine and has survived withou hyd medicine for 5-6 days.
So update is :
No sinus since last 6 days.
warmth in hands and feets though today she was complaining that they are on little colder side.
Pls suggest how to proceed further.

Hello Doctor,
Very true but this feeling of helping others is something that come from with in person and that too without any selfish motive.O/W how it impacts you if some body is suffering.

Today morning whne she got up and went for bath she sneezed for 7-8 time and had a liquid type discharge for some time say 10-15 minutes.After that she was ok.Anything to worry about???

A well chosen remedy mainly works on the vital force which triggers the bodys natural system of healing. So, if you think that I choose Arsenicum Album for sinus, its completely wrong. I check her constitution and found that Arsenicum Album can create the same symptoms of a humans body and mind. So I decide to suggest it. Name of a disease is not matter for me. If my remedy can cure her sinus than it is well enough to cure her hair fall problem too. Please wait and see what happened with in next 15 days.

Ferrum Phos 12x 4 tablet 2 times in a day (Morning & Evening) on an empty stomach 1 hour before meal.
Kali Mur 6x 4 tablet 3 times in a day 1 hour after meal for 3 days only.
Report back after 3 days.

As per her she is having sinus after some ferquency say after 4hrs and this freq is increasing.Kindly suggest shall she go with above mentioned remedies?
