Dear Honey,
She must stop Hydrabadi medicine if she wants to cure herself. How long she can take it? Even we dont know what it is? How can we trust it? I cant approve it because I dont know what it is and how it works.
On asking doctor about the contents of the medicine, only information she disclosed was that the medicine contained many herbs.

Whenever a doctor prescribe a medicine suppose Cefixime Trihydrate USP single dose of 200 mg; we know what it is, how can we make Cefixime on our laboratory, how it works on human body and what is the possible reaction a patient can face after taking it.
On the other hand when we use a homeo remedy suppose Sulphur, we know the same. For an example when I suggest you Nat. Mur 200c, I know why I choose it. I have an idea that how Nat. Mur. work on your body and how long it can help you. I know how can we make it and I can also imagine how your body possibly react after using it.
But how do we know what is the benefit and disadvantages of this Hydrabadi medicine which is made by mixed herbs?
Please tell her to take this remedy as suggested below and keep patience.
Kali Mur 12x (2 Tab 1 hour before breakfast, dissolve it into 10 ml hot water, sip up slowly) for next 15 days.
Please report back after 15 days.

She took the remedy as mentioned above, but was down with bad sinus.
the medicine seems noe to be effective and if she doesnt take hydarbadi medicine she is down with sinus nd fever.

Hello Doc,
Once again she tried not taking Hyd medicine and took
Ferrum Phos 6x
Kali Mur
but again ended with bad sinus and fever.
Doc she is so much affected with it that is unable to do daily tasks.
pls pls help her out.

Why do you give her Ferrum Phos 6x after completing 3 days schedule which I suggest on 2011-02-05.
Dont tell her to take Ferrum Phos 6x on daily basis because it can create Fever like symptoms. Keep patience. Slowly reduce the use of Hydrabadi medicine because its impossible to cure her condition when she took it along with any of a single Homeopathy remedy.

Hello Doc,
She was taking medicine as suggested .But ystrdy night she had an attack of sinus , it was so furious that she was not able to sleep whole night.when the condition was unbearable she had to take hyd medicine.Doctor,one more thing she told me was this that the chemist packed the tablets in a polythene instead of giving the bottle.could this be a reason that the remedy has become uneffective.
Pls suggest what needs to be done, a new packed bottle of kali mur or some other remedy.
Pls pls suggest ASAP.

one more update.Inspite of taking sepia , as suggested her body temprature remians low i.e. coldness of hands and feet is still there.

When did it all start? I am suffering from sinus problem since birth of my first child.The problem increased after the birth of second child.(both kids are winter born). I get cold after getting up anytime in the day. At times the situation is so worse that I feel difficulty in breathing .At lastt I have to take citrizine, nasal drops etc but these medicines have sleepy effect there by I am not able to perform even my daily activities.It is then I read an article in news paper for hyd medicine and switched to that thnkng it to be herbal.
I am allergic to dust, condiments,smoke, ciggerattes, foul smell, sudden chnge of temprature etc.
My brother and sister are also suffering from cold but my problem is severe.My parents did not have any history of these problems.

One issue which I still remeMber is : My mother was away for 2-3 months as my grand mother expired,and I had to stay with my dad and elder cousin sister.This elder cousin of mine used to ill treat me like not giving food and basic enemities.At that time as not so close to my father because of his restricted nature and the fear I have for him.Now I do not have any bitter memories of that time but this is the only incident I could recall.

Attached with all.As explained above I used to angry with my husband if he does not fulfill valid demands.But with time understanding has built up and as if now all is fine.Now I am completley satisfied with my life.

Dear Honey,
Please tell her to take 3 (three) doses of Arsenicum Album 30c at a gap of 6 hours. Do not take it at night. Do not take any other remedy or herbs on the next 7 days. Do not repeat it on the next 7 days.
One dose means:
Get a 500ml bottle of distilled Water from the nearest supermarket. Pour out about 250 ml of water from the bottle to leave some airspace. Insert 1 pills (If the remedy is in pills form) or Insert 1 drop (If the remedy is in liquid dilution form) of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard 15 times in a row (15 strokes of equal strength). Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succession which is done to enhance the medicinal power of the remedy.
Please take only 5 drops of the reconstituted dilution of 250 ml using a disposable dropper every time at a gap of 6 hours.
Please shake the bottle hard 15 times in a row (15 strokes of equal strength) every time before taking 5 drops from this bottle using a disposable dropper which can be used as a dose.
Report back after 7 day. I look forward to your response.

1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 1 hour prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. If your remedy came in pills form do not touch the pills with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water.
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption
4/. Avoid wearing perfume or exposure to anything with a strong smell on the day and 3 days following the remedy administration. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicy foods.
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by your Doctor.

glycid m 80 mg for sugar
optisulin capsule for B complex
Calcium tablet.
she cannot leave sugar tablet at all.
pls suggest how should she proceed now.

Avoide Hyd Medicine.
Only 3 doses; 1st dose at morning, 2nd dose at afternoon & 3rd dose at next morning. Stop taking after 3 doses & report back after 7 day.
She can take glycid 80 & other Alopathic drug along with Homeo remedy.
