Ascites
Can anyone advise with regards to using homeopathy to aid ascites caused by peritoneal cancer (not liver). It is caused by tumours irritating the lining of the peritoneum causing ascitic fluid to build up to very high levels 1-1.5 litres per day.Regards

You may take 4 tablets of Natrum Sulph 6x three times a day at a gap of 4 hours and see whether it helps. It is a tissue salt and can be taken safely for 15 days.

If natrum sulph 6x fails to work, apis and ars may be considered.
If the patient prefers warm surroundings, three doses of arsenic alb 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days may be given.
If the patient prefers cold surroundings, three doses of Apis 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days may be given.
If the patient prefers warm surroundings, three doses of arsenic alb 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days may be given.
If the patient prefers cold surroundings, three doses of Apis 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days may be given.
