I won't apply stuf to it. I learned my lesson! A couple of things to throw out there.
For some unknown reason at times my lips are red...or just dry. That dryness has been common since we stared this. Also, when I lay down at times I have a rushing pulse sound in my ears. Also, 2 or 3 times now I have dreamed that I had a skin eruption and when I applied pressure to it a 1/2 in square 2-3 in. long column of a firm white substance came out of it. WEIRD! But who knows.

Ok, now this is interesting...to me anyway! Is it possible that color could be returning to my hair? I had dark 'salt and pepper' silver hair with a little of the dark brown left in it but now it appears to be much more brown and have the softer texture. [I was actually enjoying the gray!] but ir would seem color would be a sign of better health????

Ok, now a new update. My lips are VERY dry, red, itchy and they burn. They look weird. I also noticed this A.M. that there seemed to be two more potential cold sores on the bottom RIGHT this time.

Today, the two potential sores on the right are gone BUT on the left...the original one is pretty much healed but now to the left of it is another. Lips are still very red...a little swollen in the A.M. and very dry. When the swelling subsides they are very wrinkly...cracked ugly and uncomfortable. I am a bit worried.

Skin is a very superficial plane, and when inner planes are getting healthier along with appearance of skin conditions, this is a very good sign.

Your update. Lips are still very red...a little better in the sense that they are not cracked and peeling and not quite so sore. At times I can feel them pulsing. Had another sore too, but they are pretty much gone. Yesterday at about 5:00 A.M. I woke up with a very bad headache that included my entire head, neck, shoulders, and down to my waist and lingered mildly through the day. Last night had an unexplainable bout of diarrhea for about an hour. Didn't feel sick...just that.
Interesting to me is that these headaches when I first started these doses included neck and tops of shoulders then later mid back and now down to low back. These are all the areas that I have discomfort. Oh, and one more thing, the left shoulder blade area is still itchy.

Good Morning! As you can see it is almost 1:00 A.M. and I am not tired. I have not been getting tired and this is driving me crazy. Lips are still a bit dry but MUCH improved. I have been having quite a bit of pain in my left hand, low back [left side]... and right elbow during the day but it seems better at night. Also, I have been noticing bruises on my legs....that I don't recall getting! That left shoulder blade tingles from time to time. Look forward to your reply,

Haven't heard from you in a while, hope all is ok over there.
I have not been sleeping that great...and have been having headaches ...not bad...but headaches just the same. Lips are still dry but better. See above post.

Please give the LM4 bottle 8 HARD hits on your palm, let it stand for 2 minutes.
Then take out 1 drop in 500 ml water, and take 1 spoon from there.

This is a four day report not a five day...but...Lips are dry and chapped again....not cracked though or sore just very dry also, this morning I had a dull pain in my chest....heart? area. Don't know if it was but I could use reassurance!!! It was for only maybe 20 seconds or so but still....

Well, here I am two days early! I have the LM5 and not much to report. Maybe that I have been having a few mild hot flashes during the day or night when I usually had one...sometimes.. in the early morn. No more heart issues!

Hello again! Slept poorly last night. Mild hot flashes and itchy skin...bothersome enough that I am up at this time of the morning...4:oo to tell you about it! The night before was much the same.

FYI This is the end of day number one. Slept well, lips are dry but not bad. Woke with a headache...it is night now and it is still bad...eyes are red...feel yucky...means not good! Amazes me what ONE drop in all that water can do! Isn't it amazing?

Oh, forgot one interesting thing. I have read a little about Lachesis and I have noticed my pulse in my feet which seems to me to be better circulation...didn't think it was bad... but this is interesting. Also, about eight hours after the dose I had about five quick sharp pains in the left side of my abdomen an area that has discomfort at times and today felt fine....better than a long time.

I am back. Regarding the itchy feet...I had noticed a tiny sore on the top of each foot in the exact same place...probably from scratching them. But, interesting that they were in identical spots.
Ok, I wake in the morning so sore. My hands, elbows, low back and feet. Also, a slight headache. It is amazing. It is better on moving around. FYI
