dr rishimba lechoria is thick and muddy and in small quantity if sour food taken in diet otherwise it is huge in volume and watery.
however smell is present in both form whether it is watery or thick.

lechoria is thick,small in quantity having smell.patient has to take rest in noon than back pain improved.if she stand for long time her legs tighten otherwise normal.if she took food than feel pain in belly,during or after meal.this repeat in every summer.no pain in belly in winter season.as now is summer season in pakistan so feeling pain in belly during or after eating meal.

back become stiff when on movement and pain felt when return in resting position.
pain in knees if are used like in prayer etc.
left leg can not enjoin at knees freely as in healthy persons.if sits for a long time for some work than pain in knees of left leg.habit of wearing wide collar shirts(kameez).Left leg comparitivily remain cold when illness appeared.knees pain worsen in air.these legs problem started since two years when in a light road accident patient injured on legs and heal after that

- are you talking about the same patient?
- what is the status of the initial complaint.
- are these symptoms new or old?
- does it pain during movement or rest.
- does the pain inccrease in hot or cold rub.
- is the pain recurring again after 2 years or it was there since 2 years?
- is it totally related to the accident? did it have any structural damage in the body?
