Could you please elaborate what you mean by mental change. I felt only better mentally for a while and then depressed again. Loss of memory and sadness is still there and I postpone my things to future. I mean that if I want to do some work, then I will say OK, I will do it tommorrow.
Shall I wait and see two more days and or take another dose.

Short Report:
Swelling on back of my feet, small specks like feet are marbled, anckles are swollen and painful. Topside of feet bone painful during walking.eyes itchy still and upper lids are folded upwards and little warts on the upper right lid. Few cauli-flower like warts on forehead, near right arm pit, and on left thigh near genital area.
Abdomen swollen and extended. Pain in epigastric area, i mean in upper stomach 4/5 inches above navel. Pain in sides of abdomen, pricking in liver. stiching pain in top of shoulders and right knee.
Pricking and stinging on top of head that is vertex and on scalp. Last night I felt this more and i felt blood is rushing towards vertex and i put cold water on my head, later measured my blood pressure which was 184/111.To save from blood pressure, i crunches two fresh cloves of garlic and a piece of ginger in my mouth. I had a lot of flatus which was released early morning.
When i think about my circumstances my blood pressure increases.
My main problems are physical symptoms that is indigestion, constipation, stiching pains, swelling on my feet which was not there before. I also sometimes feel lot of pain in my back at kindney area and irritation in my spine about 7/8 vertebrate, stiffness between the shoulders.
Could you please consider physical symptoms first as compared to mental symptoms. Because my mental symptoms are changing mostly. Sometimes i feel depressed, sad and happy when outside the home. I feel anxiety and depression inside the room.
I still feel today depressed, sad, loss of memory, procastinate, putting things on future.
I feel THUJA might be the remedy. For your information, I took thuja in the past about one year in 200c and 1M potency.
Homeop remedies are not working for me, i do not know why? I feel fear of death as well becuase my father died due to the same rhumatoid arthritus and high blood pressure. I have sensation and feeling sometimes that during night time or early morning my blood pressure may increase or may lead to my death. My sytoms become worse at night times, sometimes i keep myself awake during night that my blood pressure might increase and my symptoms become bad during sleep and in early morning at 4-5am.
Shall i take more doses of Med LM6 because if it is suppressed gonoreha then it should be completely uprooted. Or shall i wait and see for more days.
Please note, I feel lot of pain in my thighs hamstring and shin bones, back of calfs. My legs feel very stiff to me and i get tearing pain in shin bones during walking.My teeth have become sensitive and I feel pain in them which was not before. Water makes my teeth cold and sensitive.Mouth is dry and no thirst but i drink water without thirst.
Kinldy advise further what to do.

Take a daily dose for 5 days, where every dose is to be taken as follows:
8 hits to LM1 bottle, wait for 2 mins, take out 4 drops in 250 ml water, and 1 spoon from there.

Mind: still feel sad, depressed, forgetting things-if i leave a letter then i will forget where i put it in the room, procastinating things i mean putting them on future, indecisive, do not feel like to do any thing. bad in hot room and feel better in cold air.
Head: dandruuff, pins and needles on scalp, on vertex peiercing like a nail.itching on scalp. eyes are still itchy.

Forgot to tell you that symptoms become bad during sleep, wake early and feel stinging on scalp and my blood pressure will be high.Feel disappointed that my rhumatoid arthritus will not finish, sometimes feel fear of death as well.

I want to tell you that my mind is suspicious and secretive still and i check that my door is locked or not before leaving to go outside. I do not like any access in my room from my family.
I have also noticed that my upper lids of my eyes are swollen, wraped upwards, and right lid has got little balls/globules thing in it.
Today morning no appatitie, stinging on vertex. I noticed when i was on bed after awake, my legs are stiff, thighs and hamstring stiff and calfs were tense and painful.
Please clarify that you mean to take thuja LM1, increased dose as you said, because i want to take the dose right now.

I took Thuja LM1 dose for 5 days. I hit the 30ml teat dropper bottle for 8/10 times and waited for 2 min and then dissolved 10 drops in 250ml water gently and took a full spoon from there as a single dose and dropped the remaining water. I repeated this process for 5 days and reporting you now as under:
swelling on my feet gone down a little bit only but my feet upper sides bones are painful during walk. They are still swelled and marbled like a map and red spots/specks are on the back of feet. Right foot is more worse and similarly the right side extremities are more bad that is right shoulder. arm. knee. shin bone, foot, anckle, thigh and calf. The left side is bad also but not too bad. I feel pain in my shin bones, feet and my legs, thighs and calfs are tense and very stiff.
Head: stinging on the scalp and feels as if some one stabbing and piercing some sharp knife or nail on vertex. Head is hot most of the time and symptoms become bad at night time at 8/9pm and during sleep. I feel better outside and when i stay in room, i feel more anxious. Loss of memory, forgetfullness, occupied and abosorbed with fantisies and during sleep with lussvious thoughts. pain at the back near kidney area and hip joints, nates.

Pleas advise shall i continue Thuja LM1?

I am feeling sad and depressed still. weepy mood, sensitvive and i wept today due to my illness and bad circumstances of my life.on the vertex still some thing piercing and stining on the scalp. Yesterday i noted that my symptoms became bad between 12pm to 3pm and little comfort and then increased during sleep at 11.30pm when i was trying to sleep. I could not get proper full sleep, most of the time awake and late night i slept.when i awake in the morning at 9.00am, i felt tired, lathargic and my hands nuckles were stiff.
abdomen: blocked wind, bloated and extended tummy, pain the epigastric area.
genetials: sexual passion increased.
eyes: still itcy, sticks together
warts: nothing happened to them, still there.
Extremities: offensive smell in the left arm pit, excoriated.
swelling on the back of feet decreases, but still marbled and painful. stinging and stiching increased on the right foot, anckle and knee.both the shoulders are paining. right shin bone and calf is painful during walk. Mind: changing and alternating, sometimes feel better and some times not. Sad, depressed, anxiety in the house and feel better outside the house in open air. Mental daze, not interested to do any work or business, leaving it to next time. Hatered with family and revengeful + negative thinking. But it changes most of the time. Feel that I can do work better at night. Mind busy and occupied in illusions and fanaticise. Indecisive and procrastinating things on future.
Head: still stinging on the scalp, piercing on the vertex, head hot on night.
Eyes: itchy and burning. Corners of the eyes are burning. If I feel and stretch both of my upper lids, I can feel little ball hidden inside, little warts on the right eye lid and cauli-flower like warts on the forehead and under the right arm pit and on left thigh near scrotum.
Abdomen: still bloated and extended, heaviness after eating. Epigastric area hard and stretched+painfull. On left side of stomach feel stitches like stinging and burning. Feel pricking in the liver, hepatic that my liver is not working and I get lot of gas and trapped wind and indigestion + constipation. Due to indigestion, constipation I feel unsatisfied and upset in the morning because I feel my stomach is not empty during bowl movement and feel heaviness that food material is still degenerating in my stomach.
Mouth: no thirst. Upper right molar teeth are paining. Gums are bleeding and spongy.
Sleep: feel sleepy after eating. Wide awake at night and sleeplessness
Extremities: both shoulders are painful and feel stinging on the top of shoulders. Nape of neck and upper arms biceps are painful. Tearing pain in both thighs and hamstring. Genitals: sexual passion is very high and full of sexual energy but I avoid to do sex because I know it will make me more worse and there will be more erosion in my knee and later will not be able to walk properly. Feel like stitches and burning in penis. Early morning during sleep get erotic thoughts and wants sex lustful, can revive and remember old relations with the girls of my youth in thoughts. Mind busy and occupied in fantasies illusions and thoughts.

I feel a bit better aftar taking dose nearly 2 hours and then all symptoms restrart. Element of hate and grief is still there. When i see my partner, my mind will be busy and occupied in negative thinking that i have got nothing in my life. sometimes desire to beat or kill them is there.

At 5.00am i felt stinging on my whole scalp and especially on vertex, burning, stinging and felt like some knife is piericing through vertex. Mental condition is the same yet. There is stinging on scalp all the time and it increases if any one from my family will have argument with me. My mental condition changes and alternates most of the time, I will be happy some time and then will be bad again. Better outside the room. Night time sleep disturbed and wide awake. Symptoms become bad at night during sleep time. when i will be trying to sleep on night and similarly in the morning.
The especially bad thing is that i feel something like a knife or sharp nail piercing through vertex. eyes are very itcy. If i have some discharge out, say like sexual semen or sweating during hard work or long walk, then i will feel better. I cannot tolerate any thing against me or cannot forgive.
Immagination and thoughts and my mind will be busy and occupied all the time in revengeful thoughts, negative thinking or fantasies involving lustful sex. My hads and feet and eyes are burning all the time. High sexual passion which i control most of the time.
Sometimes i feel if Lachesis is my remedy then why my symptoms come back again.
All the other symptoms are still the same, right side is more affected, even the Lachesis is left sided remedy.
My feet are still swollen very much and for this i started methotrexate again in the last week, because anckles and feet were becoming more bad. I cannot concentrate on any thing and all the time burning in my own life situation.
Some times i plan to leave my family and to go some where else but i do not know weather i may do it or not. I am indecisive. Element of hate or to beat or to kill them is still there to take revenge.
The other thing i want to tell you is that my children have behavioural problems, they fight with each other and then do not speak with each other for many days due to jealously, i feel they might be suffering from Lachesis as well, they always favour their mother.

Forgot to tell you that I wept again today and felt better aftar that.
I think it is suppressed discharge. When some thing comes out of my body, i.e. sexual discharge, sweating, weeping tears, then aftar that i will be bit better. Lechesis might be the remedy for suppressed discharge but my symptoms get back again. If i am sitting in the hot room then stinign on the scalp or symptoms become bad during sleep.
Shall i go for 6X or 10X potencies because there will be more medicine in that case. But for higher potencies there is more dilution and quantitity of medicine reduces. What do you think?
Or shall i go more higher potency i.e. highest LM one. As the LM potencies are available from LM1 to LM50.

I felt a bit better mentally. If I stay outside the house and do not have any encounter with my partner, then I feel better. When I come back in the house, my mind will be occupied and absorbed again. I still put off my work tomorrow and have short memory, cannot concentrate on mental work or study, my head will become hot at the top.
I still feel piercing a nail at vertex and stinging on the whole scalp and feels to me that my blood pressure has gone up. I am very much sensitive and feel betraying of my partner and misguiding my children and taking them away from me giving them negative feed back.
Swelling on my feet reduced a little bit but when I wear shoes and take them off then there will be offensive smell. My feet and ankles are still swollen. There is a tearing pain in my legs and calfs. My eyes are still itchy and sticky.
When I get up in the morning then I feel more stinging on the scalp. Symptoms become more active after or during sleep. After taking the remedy, only for one or two hours I feel better then the symptoms will be back again.
As my medicine was going to finish but it has not yet, I put 20 drops into water and for each dose, I did not throw the water but took one dose in the morning before breakfast and one in the afternoon and one at night before sleep. In this way I felt better because one spoon was doing nothing and symptoms were coming back earlier.
My all other sleep and stomach symptoms are the same.
Please advise that I should go for higher potency because this is LM2 or still carry on with the LM2 in the same way for more days and when the medicine finishes, say in ¾ days then buy the higher potency and carry on with that. Please note that the symptoms come back and let me know about the highest potency which can uproot this problem totally and also if you want to advice about the other remedy which will be complementary to this remedy as well, so I can use two remedy for alternate days to uproot the problem completely.

In the morning when i get up from sleep, i still feel nail periecing at vertex and stinging on my scalp. It usually happens when i have to go to bed for sleep, during sleep or at awake time. It feels that my blood pressure has gone up and my head becomes hot. I put cold water on my head to decrease this effect.
If i keep my feet in bed they also become hot especially the soles of my feet and i need to take them out.
My eyes are still itchy. Still i cannot concentrate mentally and if i do any mental work, my head becomes hot and i felt that i can do more work at night time. I cannot bear sun on my head.
My stomach symptoms are still the same. I have got sore throat especially the pallate area, roof of oral cavigy and sensation in my ears.
Yesterday i felt very high sexual passion. My genetial area near the scrotum is exoricated and have offensive smell.
swelling on the back of feet is still there, only a little bit decreased and the back side of my feet bone is painful. Tearing pain in thighes and shin bone area, the right side is more affected. If i get sweat on top of my head during harsh walk, then i feel better. sweating of any kind make me better.
In the past i took sulpher to decrease this piercing effect on vertex. When i use the remedy for first two days then i found blood in my stool but i carried on taking remedy and on third day it disappeared.
I do not know why my symptoms are not completely elliminated. After taking remedy i will feel better but after two or three hours, it will revert back.
Sexual passion is so high that it seems to be a great problem. When my sexual passion increases then i feel more upset and stinging on my scalp. I avoid sex because i know that it will ruin me more. Hi Sameer, forgot to tell you that after taking remedy i feel lot of weakness, prostration in my body. When i am constipated and have high sexual passion, then stining increases on my head. I have noted again blood in my stool just now.
After taking remedy there is dribbing of urine as well and i have to wait more till the last drop i.e urine retention takes place. But if i leave the remedy or give a gap then urine becomes ok.
