Thanks for your help. I took Medorrhinum 200c on 26th sep 09. The sexual desire was very high but after two days it became normal. Felt better a little bit mentaly in earlier two/ three days but sadness, feeling of haterd from my family members is still there and desire to kill and beat also comes but i control and tolerate it intentionally. Loss of concentration, forgetfulness easily and postponing work all the time is still there. Most of the time if i have to do some work, i will not be able to do it and forget it or i will say to my mind that i will do it tommorrow and this continues for long time, then i have to force my self to do my things, lack of intrest and concentration is predominentaly there.
I had sex last week but during ejaculation it was very stinging and itchy inside. I still feel itch on head glands and prepuce and inside the penis. Mostly itchy on the tip of the penis. itchy during passing urine as well.
Head: stinging and itcy on the top as if there is white patches and scars of dandruff.
eyes: very itchy inside
extremities: right shoulder and right knee are still the problem. Dring cold right knee become worse.
Abdomen: still tense on upper side of stomach. Constipation and i have to lean back to pass my stool. On right side stiches towards liver. stichers towards left side of abdomen as well under the ribs.

After taking Medorrhinum 200c I felt better. I do not know i might have sppressed gonorhea. On mental plane, depression is little bit less but hate is still there towards my family. I do not know weather it is hate or jealously becuase some times i feel to beat or kill them because i feel burning inside my mind with the revenge. I do not like my family members to disobey me but i am trying to tolerate but my mind goes adverse.
My eyes are still burning and stinging inside. similary upper portion of abdomen is tense and hard. I feel stinging on the left side of abdomen. On right side stinging towards liver. There is lot of pain at my back in renal area. There is lot of pain in my spine especialy between the shoulder blades and ther is burning and stinging as well. On my head there is dandruf and pins and needles things and stinging on vertex i.e top of the head.My palatte inner mouth cavity on the top is red and sour. My ears are blocked especially the right ear. Stinging on my right shoulder and right knee is still there and anckles are swollen as well. I feel top of my feet are being emaciated and similarly shoulders are going to be emaciated. I get sweat under my soles inside my shoes during walking and my feet soles stick to my feet when they become wet inside.
I am taking glucosamine sulphate as well with cordliver oil. last week i started again methotrexate. I am going to attend hospital for my abdominal endoscopy today.

This symptom of 'leaning far back to pass stool', is it a new one, or you have been having it even before the Med dose ?
Do you have a higher potency of Medorrhinum with you ? Like a 1M ?

Leaning back thing came after Med dose but stinging in the penis and urine retention was before that. I can get 1M MED dose quickly. Please let know how you want me to use this and when?

Thanks for your help all the time. I have with me Med 1M and 10M. As you know the higher potencies for homeo remedies range from 200c to 1M,10M, 50M,CM & MM. I had taken only 200c last time as per your advice.
Instead of this i have Lachesis LM1 with me at this time. I just want to double check with you that shall i start to take Lachesis LM1 dose or shall i take Med 1M first and then 10M after four or five weeks? Please advise further. tahnks

I forgot to tell you that i have single powder dose of MED 1M & single powder dose of Med 10M but Lachesis LM1 in 10ml teat dropper with me right now.

In future, please buy the 30 ml, because in LMs, size of the remedy makes a difference.

Dose of LM1 Lachesis was taken on last wednesday morning after hitting the bottle 10 times on my palm. I felt better after that. But the haterd situation went away for a while and came back again. I feel happy for few hours and then again go at the same position. The symptoms are alternating most of the time.
On thursday i had sex, but during ejaculation there was lot of stinging and burning inside and top of the penis. Urin retention is still there. My stomach is burning inside and there is sensation of heat in my hands and feet. I get sweat during walking under my feet soles and my feet stick to my shoes inside due to sweat. I feel better outside in open air away from the house.
There is still tension in upper stomach and constipation. My eyes are burning and sticky and itchy inside. Sexual passion is high and i feel lot of sexual energy in me but after having sex things become worse due to weakness and joint complaint will come in. I do not feel satisfied after having sex but want to have lustful sex again and again and continuously. There is a stinging pain on the left side under the ribs, where the chest bone finishes and similarly stabing sensation towards right side of the stomach in liver, and the pain at my back near renal area. Going in the hospital again due to left sided gastritius to have endoscopy.
Still feel burning and stinging on top of my shoulders and in right knee.

I started Lachesis LM1 on 3rd Nov. I felt better on first three days i.e on 3rd, forth and fifth Nov. But after that the same thing started, I took the medicine for five days.
I feel depressed and sad. The hate element is still there and it increases when i find out that my wife is feeding my children against me. If i do not know about my surroundings then it is less.
My eyes are still itchy and abdomen is bloated. My endoscopy result is that i have gastritus in fundus of my stomach.
There is still back pain in renal areas. On the right shoulder and right knee there are stich like feeling and burning. Main problem is appearing on my feet as well that topside of my feet is being emaciated and anckles are swelling as well. My doctor pressed on my legs with thumb on the upper side of anckles and it my skin was pressed down and he said that i am develping odema, because the fluids retention due to bad blood circualtion.
My symptoms become worse at night time and during sleep in the morning. My blood pressure will be increasing and there will be rush of blood towards head and i feel pins and needles on my scalp. My feet become hot in bed and i take them out during sleep. Constipation and abdomen bloating is still there. My urine come with feeble stream and at the end few drops will be late. I feel that urine is finished but it will come again.
Please let me know what to do? shall i continue with the medicine Lachesis LM1 every day?

I think so because the symptoms were again there. I left after these 5 doses and did not take any more doses after 5 days, which means no dose from 8 Nov to uptill now. I feel high sexual passion and blood is rushing towards my head. Yesterday i went to doctor and he told me that my blood pressure went up. I still feels pins and needles on my scalp and my fore hands tips are numb. Please note that there is emaciation going on the top of my feet and my ankles are swolen.
I feel better in open and cold air mentally but stuffy and warm room aggravates the symptoms.

I took a dose of Lachesis LM2 and I am reporting now. But it is not after 4 days but after many days. The dose was taken on 13th Nov 09.
Mind: Still feel sad, high sexuality. Desire to take revenge or to beat or kill is still there. I am extremist and my mind alternates i.e. I will be feeling at extreme level for two or tree hours or more in a day, and then will be better after two or three hours. My symptoms become bad when i get up before sleep and there is erectile stiation with penis in the morning during sleep. In the early morning my mind will remember to all past events, the girls in my child hood and relationships with them and my mind feel occupied in sex with them. My mind will repent also why i did not have sex with other girls, even there was green signal. My mind is busy and occupied in lusvious thoughts. During sleep and in my dreams some times i see figures and talking to my dead parents as well but this happens very rare. But my mind go mostly in past and i will be busy having sex or romance with the girls involved in my past in youthful age.
I hate my family members still and do not like them and trying to find the situation or time in my favour to take revenge or to kill them. In the past i loved my wife very much and did not expect that she will use my children against me. she damaged my trust and i feel disappointed in love some times.
I feel better in my back if i sleep or lie down on hard bed for a while. I have got burning spot in between the shoulders on my spine/back. Sexual desire is very high and burning in my urine. I have to sit for more time till all the uring is out. The symptoms are more bad on my right side. Right shoulder, right ear, right knee and right anckle are more bad. The new prblem which came recently is pain at the back of my buttocks/hip joints when i sleep at my back or sideways on the bed at night. There is burnig sensation and pain appearing while going on the bed and during walking. I feel very much tired after a little walk and my legs, thy, and calfs will be strained and painful. If i control my sex then i get pins or needles on the vertex of my head. During winter i get lot dandruff on top of my head and sides.

It was clashes with my wife which started after marriage. At earlier stage every thing was ok but later it went in bad situation.
My partner is a working woman. She used to hide things from me and secretely send money and other things to her parents. She stayed with her parents 1/2 years while keeping my little children with her and showing me this is due to her job. This was the early time of my marriage.
Later i moved to England for my study and called my family as well. I am still student and she is having benefits from the customs and law of this country. This is a womanish country where a woman can cheat the law easily. During my study due to these clashes, i failed my exam and it was a shock for me. Because she was going outside and telling me lie that she goes to her jobs. She used to go in poetry and different community sessions and was involved in bad things. When i asked what is going on then she said she has her own rights and she has got her own name identified in community. People like her and her poetry as well. I said you are also doing wrong things but she said i cannot stop her because she has got her own rights with her children.
This made me angry and i hit her in the kitchen but my youngest daughter (10 years old) came there as well and i pushed her as well but did not hit her. Then she ran upstairs and called my elder daughter (11 years old). I said to them to go upstairs. Later my second daughter sent text messages to my son on behalf of mother.
Then my son after getting feed from mother again involved in planned fight and my son hit me as well, while all these people were holding me. I had rhumatoid arthritus at that time due to stresses and clashes with in my life and i could not hit my son and other people due to my bad health.
Later my wife asked my youngest daughter to phone police during the fight. When police asked about the incident, children gave false evidence on behalf of their mother and accused me. I was taken to police station/jail and kept there for all night. This was really shocking for me because on next day i had my final exam which i failed and lost my degree and all my hard work. This happened in year 2005.I know this happened due to these people and from that time children take the side of their mother. My son sleeps in mother's room and she feeds her again and again. I do not speak with my son from that time of the incident. He also had fight with other people and taken to jail many times. I do not like my son. I want to beat and kill these people but unable to do this yet.
My wife is secretely supporting my son and children to get stay here and feeding them negatively.
I try to sneak about this situation. I will look in her things or letters coming from outside what is going on. sometimes i throw them away when i feel highly angry. When i come to know that all these people are doing things against me, it herts me more and on those time my blood pressure will increase.
I feel anxiety and sadness in the house. when ever i feel that my blood pressure increass, i leave the house and go outside. I feel better in the cold air or when it rains on my head, even though i do not like cold very much. Most of the time, i feel pins and needles on the vertex of my head. Then my son after getting feed from mother again involved in planned fight and my son hit me as well, while all these people were holding me. I had rhumatoid arthritus at that time due to stresses and clashes with in my life and i could not hit my son and other people due to my bad health.
Later my wife asked my youngest daughter to phone police during the fight. When police asked about the incident, children gave false evidence on behalf of their mother and accused me. I was taken to police station/jail and kept there for all night. This was really shocking for me because on next day i had my final exam which i failed and lost my degree and all my hard work. I feel anxiety and sadness in the house. when ever i feel that my blood pressure increass, i leave the house and go outside. I still feel sad, indecisive, depressed, timid, hesitates and unable to decide any thing. Element of hate from my family is still there and I feel better out of the house. In house I feel sadness and anxiety.I feel upset while doing work and cannot concentrate properly, loss of memory as well. I write things on my hand to remember next day, if i have to see my doctor. My eyes are very itchy and eye lids stick together in the morning. If I touch my upper eye lids and rub my finger on them, I can feel little ball on my right eye lid.

Causticum.
Take LM1 potency one dose daily from 30 ml bottle of Helios.
Give 8 hits to the bottle before each dose, and dissolve 3 drops in 120 ml water, and take a teaspoon from there.
Report after the 7 doses please.
