Dr. Sameer for my daughter Page 2 of 4

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
And, yes, Pulsatilla will address all her issues. Be patient.

Hi Sameer,

I didn't see your post and went ahead and gave her the oscillococcium. Sorry! She had a fever, chills, headache and runny and stuffy nose. When I gave her the oscilliococcium it really relieved her symptoms. I gave her three doses as the box recommended (6 hours apart). I will not give her anymore. Her last dose was last night. She still has a stuffy, runny nose but she is not achy anymore. I'm sorry, but she was getting worse and I felt I needed to do something right away.
How long do I wait until I start the Pulsatilla again?

Thank you,
SindyM

Hmm.. this is a general guideline when under my treatment. NOTHING homeopathic without talking to me.

If in an 'must act' situation, better intervene with allopathy.

Now, wait for a week or so, for this to clear up completely.

Sorry Sameer,

The flu has been going through her classroom with severe throwing up and fever.
I will report back to you in a week.

Hi Sameer,

It's been about a week since I gave my daughter the wrong cold remedy. I believe it is out of her system.

Do I continue with the Pulsatilla or wait longer?

Looking forward to your response!

Give her a single dose of PULSATILLA 200c, as follows.

Dissolve 2 pellets in 120 ml water, and give her one teaspoon from there JUST ONCE.

Report in 10 days.

Thank you Sameer!

I will report back in 10 days!

Question: Does dissolving the pellets in water make the remedy stronger or weaker? I'm trying to learn everything I can. It would seem to make the remedy stronger because of the dilution?

Dilution alone does not make a remedy stronger as you need sucussions as well.

In this case, the, dilution makes the remedy act gently and better as it comes into contact with more nerve endings.

Wow, this is so interesting! Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.

Thank you Sameer!

Hi Sameer,

I'm reporting back to you about my daughter. I feel a little more encouraged about my daughter than my son. She had a week off from school also. She seemed happier. She wanted to watch a lot of T.V. I had to redirect her to other activities. She did play outside with friends since the weather was nice. She was laughing a lot while playing with her dogs. This week since school started she has had a slightly worse attitude but seemed to get better yesterday and today. She is not so angry in the morning and she listens a little better. She still wants me to do a lot for her but I try to always get her to do it. Lately she hasn't complained as much about this. I see a very slight change in her for the better.

Do I continue with the Pulsatilla?

Thank you,
SindyM

The same potency is not to be repeated.

Please keep waiting , and update me when it has been 3 weeks from the 200c dose.

Hi Sameer,

It has been 3 weeks since the 200c of Pulsatilla. She has been better. Although she did cry last night because she did not want to go to school. Then this morning she was fine. She got ready without getting angry and arguing. I think this is the right remedy. To me when I read about Pulsatilla it is showing me a picture of a very compliant child who does not have a strong will. She just goes from one direction to another. My daughter does have a strong will. But she does cry very easily. When she was younger she would cry everytime we left a place or a group of people that we were visiting. She said that she would miss them very much. Now she feels sadness. She tries to get her way with everything and wants to do as little as possible when it comes to any type of work. I'm just telling you this because I'm not sure if she fits into pulsatilla.

It is not necessary.. that a Pulsatilla will be compliant all the time. It is not as easy as just reading about 'keynotes' of remedies and then trying to see if the patient is that 'type' of person. We never pigeon hole 'types' of people into remedies..

There is a Pulsatilla state, which calls for the remedy, and strong will does not counter indicate its use once that state is there.

Please order Pulsatilla 1M, as that will be our next step. Update me when you have it with you.

Hi Sameer,

I have the 1M of Pulsatilla. How should I administer it?

Thank you,

Whats the current status ?

Have the improvements stopped ?

She was doing well last week but seemed to going down hill these last couple of days. She seems more distracted and not on task as much. She is more disrespectful and stubborn.

Okay, 2 pellets in 250 ml water, stir and a teaspoon from there ONCE.

Report in 2 weeks.

Hi Sameer,

It's been about 2 weeks since I've given my daughter the 1M of Pulsatilla. I don't see much of a change but she is not as irritable in the morning. She still has issues with focusing. Her reading and writing are a little better. Very slight improvement. Will Pulsatilla help my daughter to continue to improve? She is still very frustrated with school. Her focusing is still an issue. The teachers do not see much of a change. Her grades did fall but I still see slight improvement.

Hi Sameer,

Just wanted to put my post back up.

sindym last decade
Hi Sindy,

We should give this 1 more week.

At times, the response to a 1M is slow to develop.

Thank you Sameer. I'll get back with you next week.

Hi Sameer,

An update on my daughter. I gave her the 1M Pulsatilla on March 27th. Like I said on my previous post...She has very slight improvement. Her teachers do not see improvement. My daughter wants school to end now! She says she is stressed out but loves her friends. Sometimes I feel like what she is going through is hormonal. It seems as if a lot of her friends are acting and feeling the same way. She skipped her period this month but is still moody. However, she wakes up better in the morning. Not so grumpy when she has to get up early for school.

Please give her 3 doses of Silicea 30c in the exact same manner as Puls 30 doses.

Report in 2 weeks.

Hi Sameer,

It has only been one week since I gave my daughter the silicea 30c. Her behavior has not changed but she did get her period the second day after I gave her the silicea. I was reading about silicea and it seems to fit my daughter just as the pulsatilla did. She also had a really bad canker sore inside of her mouth. She did spend the night with her friend for a birthday party and was fine. She did cry tonight because she had to go to school tomorrow.
Just wanted to update you.
Thank you so much for helping!

Hi Sameer,

It has been two weeks now that I gave my daughter the Silicea 30c. Like I said she did get her period and was very tired and irritable last week. This week she is better and not as irritable. However she spent the night at a friends house and painted her nails. I'm not sure if this has undone the medication. Let me know what to do next. I did order 200c of Silicea and I have it, if this is the direction you think we need to go.
Thank you so much for your continued help!
