Okey, I have to order 200 c. Unfortunately it takes time. And then the boy will not be living with me. So it will take two weeks before I can give him 200 c.

So are you sure I cannot give him 1M...? Under these circumstances?

Yes, I am sure. 30c or 200c is better.

Hi,

I am here again. Tonight the boy became the difficult himself: I was reading out loud a book and it was time to go to bed. The boy did not want me to stop. So he got mad and is still up here...I know if I'll force him to go to bed right now, he will get furious...

So I guess he is still Lachesis, isn't he? The sadness already went by....Please advise.

Lifting up... I still don't know what to do.

That night I described went by quite easily. He did not get furious, and he did not stay awake too long either.

These past two days he has been okey. He has been co-operative, been sleeping well, not sad.

The biggest problem remaining is that he cannot concentrate. He keeps moving and cannot calm down. He has been like that for the past 2-3 weeks.

Yes, you can give him Lachesis LM4.

1 dose, 2 drops in 250 ml spring water, and take a spoon from there.

Hi Sameer,

I gave Lachesis LM 4 as advised four weeks ago.

The first day he was dead-tired and dizzy. He had that feeling the whole week before, but that day it was much worse.

The days 3-5 he was restless (that's what the father told me, I did not see). When the boy came to me on the day 9, he was calm and very polite - and has been behaving nicely ever since.

On the day 11 he had a nosebleed. Again yesterday, day 28 or so, another nosebleed.

So there is no problem in behvior, but there are other problems. He has had the yellow phlegm in the throat all this time. He has to hawk that out first thing in the morning.

Yesterday he started complaining of very, very dry throat and some cough. At night he was barking like a seal. I am so scared everytime that happens! This time it did not turn out that bad, but it is scary when he feels like choking.
I gave him Aconitum 1 MK once last night. After that he was able to sleep for 30 minutes, said the throat is better. But the barking started again after two hours.

So I have two questions for you:
- shall we continut with Lachesis?
- When ever he gets laryngitis and starts barking as a seal, feels that he is not getting enought air - which remedies I should have in hand? So far the only thing that helps is putting the child out and breethe the minus-degrees air.

I hope you reply me fast.

Hi,

The barking cough - fortunately - went by. But I am still seeking for a help for this problem that occurs 1-2 times a year. Which remedies should I have in hand? Spongia?

I also need to make an order to Helios. I would order Spongia (?) and the next potency of Lachesis, but what is the next potency?

Maria

Aconite, Spongia and Hepar are three main remedies for Laryngitis.

Aconite and Spongia are more indicated at the beginning of laryngitis.

The barking, or a 'saw through wood' sound is most prominent in Spongia and it also has amelioration from eating and drinking.

Once mucous arrives, Spongia and Aconite are not indicated. At that time Hepar becomes the best bet.

You can order Lachesis LM5, LM6, Hepar Sulph 30c , 200c and Spongia 30c and 200c.

Thanks Sameer,

The main problem in barking is the sensation of lack of breath. It is very, very scary for the kid - and the mom. I have several times been thinking if I have to call for an ambulance.

I will make the order.

Hi Sameer,

The boy lacks energy, is constantly tired and has not got concentration left. Otherwise he is fine, no behavioral problems, because those occur when he has too much energy.

Is it time for a new dose?

Maria

Give him a dose of Lachesis LM5.

2 drops in 250 ml spring water, and give a spoon from there.

Report in 1 week.

Hi Sameer,

I made a mistake and confused my boys. I also gave this boy Ignatia 200 11 days ago... Oh well.

On the third day he was extremely tired.

On the fourth day he had very restless feet.

Then he went for his dad and I did not see him until yesterday. He came back tired and somehow quiet (moody?).

I guess Ica nnot give Lachesis yet, or can I?

Give him a dose of Lachesis LM5. Not hits required if this is the first LM5 dose.

2 drops in 250 ml spring water, and give a spoon from there.

Report in 1 week.

Hi Sameer,

I gave LM 5 two weeks ago. This update is not complete, because I did not see the boy for 9 days in between.
He was out for a holiday skiing.

I don't know if that is the reason or what, but he came back home very, verry happy and relaxed.

The first days after given the remedy he was cranky. And tired.

Maria

That is very good. Please keep wait for 1 more week.

Hi,

Once more thing. I forgot to mention that two nights ago he had a huge nosebleed.

The boy is still very happy and relaxed.

That is just a form of discharge that Lachesis is bringing and is a good sign.

Hi,

Just updating that the boy has been in a good mood all week. Happy and wellbehaving.

He is leaving for his father today. I'll get back to you after 10 days or so.

Hi Sameer,

The boy has been behaving fine, but two weeks ago he became less energetic and somehow moody. Right now his mood is up again, but his nose is running.

He had some kind of virus a week ago and ever since he has been blowing his nose. He used to have this sort of problem yeas ago (keeps blowing a lots and lots of slightly yellowish phlegms, and that is never ending, no other symptoms) and the only way to get rid of it was to give Pulsatilla 200 c three times.

Shall I go on with Lachesis LM5?

Maria

Maria&boys last decade
Return of old symptoms is a very good sign. Please give next dose with 10 hits.

Hi Sameer,

I am back after a long time. The summer went fine, so that I forgot you totally.

I continued the treatment a week ago.I gave the boy Lachesis LM5 with 10 hits. Two drops in 250 ml of water.

On the third day the boy was easily irritated and got upset.
On the fourth day he was moody.
On he fifth day he was relaxed and in a good mood.
On the sixt day he had a terrible headache, worse than ever. He was also feeling dizzy. He had all the symptoms of high fever, without the fever. The next day he was only dizzy, otherwise ok.

Please raise potency to LM6. It is not a good idea to repeat same potency after a long gap.
