Dr Mohla I've recently come to know that medicine with potency 200 should not be used daily as it aggravates the problem. Is this the reason while using Selenium 200 daily dose I had worst hair loss?
Please advice if I can take Arnica 30C along with spoonful water or directly on tounge?

I've been using Arnica 30C for last 1 month and hair loss is as it was in the beginning of the medications i.e. I still loss many hair a day, but lesser than during the use of Selenium. But there is no hair regrowth so far.
I also want to mention that I always get continuous minor stomach ache at lower abdominal around navel and its for last more than a year. I get gas, sometimes constipation and I think stomach acid also. If I do yogic Kunjal Kriya in the morning, then some times a lot of yellow water comes out and then I feel somewhat relieved. Because of that pain I'm always keen to lay on the bed and rest. My stomach belly has much fat than any other body part and many times I feel belly filled with gas and my belly becomes round like big football. As I'm working as a computer professional, I've sitting job.
Please advice how should I proceed with hair loss treatment and for the stomach problem.

lycopodium 30c one dose daily for 3 days j k mohla

I took Lycopodium for 3 days and there is no difference in stomach gas or ache. I get gas and pain in lower abdominal that I feel like motion, but when I go for passing stools then only gas emits. Please advice.
