Dr. Mohla please help

I'm using the Fluoric Acid 30 for last 2 weeks. But, there is no result so far.
I had forget tot mention that I feel very small pimples on the scalp that cause the itching.
Please advice me how should I proceed?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
with all due respect to dr. mohla but I feel nat.mur 30 is the right medicine for you. The reasons I mention so are:
1. loss of hair more particularly on forehead
2. Preference to salty snacks
3. loss of pubic hair
4. Itchy scalp
All these confirm to the symptoms of nat.mur. Please describe your personality, feelings etc. Is your face greasy? or any such associated symptoms. I would suggest you also take the advice of a third person

Here is my full details of the problem including profile.
Problem:
I have had hair loss for last 8-10 years. I used to have hair loss with more than 100 hair a day.
Hair fall during combing, hair oiling and shampoo.
Very thin hair on head, pubic area, hair loss on arms wearing iron bangle.
Scalp has small yellow pimples that get dry after few days and cause hair to fall from the root.
Itching on the scalp.
My hair line is completely distorted.
Greasy forehead and scalp/hair become greasy on next day of shampoo.
Baldness on forehead.
Profile:
Age: 27
Height: 5.6 Feet
Weight: 73
Build: Muscular/Healthy
Gender: Male
Non-Veg. No
Smoke: No
Alcohol: No
Tea: Twice in a day.

I'm taking Nat Mur since 2008-05-26. Also, I had stopped using the Jaborandi hair oil.
I've noticed less itching and dont feel small yellow pimples, also feel less greasy scalp and forehead, but hair have less lustre and break easily as compared to when using Jaborandi oil.
There is no improvement in hair loss yet.
There is no improvement in the brittle nails.
There is no improvement in hair loss on arm wearing iron bangle.
I also want to let u know that the root of fallen hair always used to be white. But, while using Jaborandi hair oil, hair were strong to break, had good lustre, were falling and fallen hair roots were black instead of white.
I also want to remind you that I've brittle hand nails that have rough texture. Also I'm balded on forehead and back of neck. Hair are so thin that I can easily see my scalp through hair. Since birth I had light brown hair silky hair and greying of hair started at the age of 12.

I forgot to mention that on arm that I'm wearing iron bangle. I've lost the hair on the arm area where bangle moves, but actually thats not hair loss, I've noticed that the hair are cut just on the edge of the skin. But, these hair are not growing. That could mean that my hair are weak that break easily.
One more thing to mention about my hair loss on head is that I sleep on my right side and I've more hair loss on my right side of forehead and above right side of back neck. Both of my right forehead and back neck touch my pillow while sleeping.

Im suffering from cold for last 3 days. Is it linked to the Nat Mur that Im taking? Because, its quite warm here (Punjab) these days and I should not get runny nose these days.
So far Ive seen the following difference with one week twice dosage of Nat Mur:
1. No pimples on scalp, better feeling of scalp.
2. Less itching on scalp.
3. Slightly less hair loss and less oily scalp and forehead.
Before I switch to another medicine, I think I want to share all ailments that Im suffering from because these might be linked and that will also help you to prescribe me correct medicine.
1. Hair loss (doesnt look like male pattern).
2. Thin hair on head, sides, above back neck, more on forehead.

4. Graying of hair started at early age of 12.

10. Sex: Erectile Dysfunction, Premature ejaculation, desire for sex but less ability, no morning erection.
11. Allergic to hay dust during wheat crop cut (in month or April/May), runny nose, bronchitis, difficult in breathing.
All problems said above started almost together in the age near 18. Now Im 27 and I can say that Im slowly toward hair loss and its not all sudden. My hair are becoming thin day by day. During all years, I used many hair oil like coconut, amla, bhringraj, mustard etc. but nothing helped. I had also used Minoxidil Solution 4 years ago and that also didnt help.

Dr. Mohla I've been taking Nat Mur single dose for last week and there is difference in the scalp texture and I feel less small pimples and itching.
But one of the -ve side I've noticed is I get very less erection and attraction toward women.
Please also look at my precious detailed post dated 2008-06-02 and let me know if I should proceed with selenium 200?

I've noticed that even very small (4 mm) and thin hair are also falling. I'm not sure if these were newly grown hair or undergrown hair.
Also, I'm still noticing less erection and libido.

pl stop selenium and come back after 7 days

After not taking Selenium for one week. Hair loss is compartively lees than while using Selenium. But, hair loss has not stopped at all and no sign of hair re-growth.
Please keep in mind that these days its very humid in Punjab due to rain.
I understand that hair loss is not an easy subject. But, I've full trust on you Dr. Mohla. Please review my case from beginning and advice me medicine that may not only stop the hair loss, But also may hep in the hair regrowth.
