My son sarthak aora is 11 years old his weight is 42 kg suffering with seizures from
18.11.2006 . We consult with so many doctors but till date there is no improvement
At that time his weight was 27 kg now he is 42 kg. His M R I and Citi scan Report is
clear. EEG taken immediate after Seizure that is also normal


Q 1 Keep the record of the dates and time that seizer occur?
Ans- It happens so many times latest on 15.09.2007 and 20.09.2007
Q. 2 Where was the person? What was he doing?
Ans - Mostly at the time of playing or strain due to walk or use stairs etc
Q.3 Did the person mention any unusual sensation?
Ans- Some time he report hearing of some sounds like ringtone, sound of motor
bike, car or calling his name and see some visions
Q4 Did you notice any mood change such as excitement, anxiety or anger?
Ans- Some time his mood change such as excitement, anxiety or anger
Q5 What brought your attention to the seizures (A noise such as a fall or body
movements such as eyes rolling or head turning?
Ans- Before seizure he feel thrill in body, he start laughing, some time he broad
his eyes and turn his head
Q6 Did the seizure occur without warning?
Ans- No, before seizer at least he feel thrill in his body,
Q7 Was there any loss of consciousness or altered awareness?
Ands- Yes
Q8 Did the persons colour alter (eg: pale, flushed or blue) if so where -face
lips, hands?
Ans- Only Once or twice his lips turn white
Q9 Did the persons breathing after?
Ans Normal
Q10 Did any part of the body stiffen? Jerk or twitch? If yes which part were
affected
Ans- When the seizure start, his left side of body i.e. face, hand legs jerks and
felt chewing some thing
Q11 Did the person perform any action e.g. mumble, wander about, and fumble
with clothing?
Ans No
Q12 How long the seizure last?
Ans- For 2-3 minutes
Q13 Was the person incontinent?
Ans- Yes
Q14 Did He bite his tongue?
Ans- No
Q15 How was he after the seizure
Ans- Normal
Q16 Did he need to sleep? How long?
Ans- mostly not always for half an hour to2 hours if seizure last for 2-3 minutes
Q17- How long was it before the person was able to resume his normal
activities
Ans immediate or after few seconds
Q18 Any other observation?
Ans- Before seizure ha has the problem of constipation or gas tics, knees pain
