Malnourished Cat Having Seizures

Hello, we had someone drop a cat off at our house late last week. She only weighed 3.6lbs. We have been feeding her chicken and turkey baby food mixed with premix for raw cat food diets. We have been taking it slow, in case of refeeding syndrome. We also have a hydrolyzed protein cat food out that she nibbles on infrequently and we have been giving her electrolytes.

She has been off balance and acting like a cat with cerebellar hypoplasia, since we found her. She struggles with the use of her back legs, especially on our wooden floors. We put mats down so she has better traction and she seemed to be improving. She has big, bright eyes and she would talk to us when we would ask if she needs food or water.

Three days ago, she had what weve realized was a seizure. It was over within 5 seconds and we just thought shed woken up, went to get food and stumbled. The next day, she was fine all day.

Last night, she had three seizures, about 3 hours apart from one another. They each lasted between 30-60 seconds and were very obviously seizures.

The first of yesterdays seizures, she yowled, jumped out of bed and her legs stiffened and she began rocking. Because she spreads her legs wide, for balance, she wasnt falling onto her side and I didnt want her to hurt herself. I placed her on her side on one of the mats. She was biting uncontrollably and bit the edge of the mat several times. She was also drooling and her pupils were dilated. The second seizure, was exactly the same, minus the biting and she yowled toward the end of them. The third was also the same, but toward the end her eyes were twitching and going from left to right. Her tail also puffs after they begin. The first seizure it only puffed at the base. The second and third, it completely puffed.

The seizures seem to be happening while shes sleeping. Her head goes to the side and back a little before she yowls and jumps out of bed. We have noticed drool on the bed where she was sleeping before it happens. Even after everything is over and shes gone back to sleep, her head stays curled toward her right side (if facing her).

Last night, we gave her Belladonna 30C because we didnt know what else to do. I dont have a lot of remedies on hand right now and Im not sure what to order so Im hoping for some suggestions to order. Since the Belladonna, shes been sleeping and has made it 7.5 hours without a seizure.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
She made it 12 hours before she had two more seizures. The first was 30-60 seconds, started with a yowl and continued with biting. The second was 10-15 seconds, started with drooling and ended with several meows and a dry heave.

Shes not very responsive now. Her ears are cold. Her pupils are still dilated but they are responding to light and she closes her eyes when you pet her. Her eyes are also following me a little bit. Treated with Belladonna again. She wont take the liquid orally, so I placed it around her lips instead.

Thank you for the suggestion! Ive ordered the Cicuta Virosa 30. It will be here in three days. We have been giving her the Belladonna 30 every 10 hours and she hasnt had a seizure for 21 hours, so far.

Shes had a decent appetite today but she isnt very thirsty. She has developed diarrhea now so weve been giving her electrolytes and water, by syringe, to keep her from dehydrating. Shes been loving and more talkative than yesterday.
