Hi JE,

Hope you're doing OK after quitting Effexor XR. I'm on my 5th day today. Boy do I have ALL the wierd symptoms.

I hope you just through out your pills like I did. I would feel so guilty 'enabling' anyone else to use this 'Devil's Drug' as I call it.

my wife found Rescue Remedy ever bit as effective as effexor. Might be worth a shot.
