This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take :

Berberis Q : 30 drops in 1/2 cup water thrice daily

Hydrangea Arbo Q : 10 drops in 1/2 cup water twice daily.

Ur stone will get removed within 2 months.
But i advise u to have, KUB done again after 20-30 days of taking medicine. To know the prognosis.

If u have any queries reply.

thanks, is it berberis only or berberis vulg Q, also someone told me to take watermelon also, but confused due to diabetic

berberis vulgaris Q is very effective in dissolving stones.

Also Lycopodium Q is necessary. But be careful sometimes stones go away too fast and create unpleasing situation (that's why lycopodium Q is used)

You can try white of watermelon.

Once the stones are gone, you need to bring your all other symptoms so one can look the cause of stones.

Hypertension is one of the cause, in hypertension calcium deposits everywhere.

Berberis Vulgaris

'Bruised pain, with stiffness and lameness in the small of the back.' 'Rise from a seat with difficulty.' 'Backache worse when sitting or lying, especially when lying in bed in the morning.' 'Sensation of numbness, stiffness and lameness, with painful pressure in lumbar and renal regions.' These pains sometimes extend all through the hips. Guernsey says: 'A great many old troubles in the back. Sufferings in the back aggravated by fatigue.' One might say all these symptoms are found under Rhus tox. True, but in the Berberis cases they all come from or are in connection with kidney or urinary troubles, Rhus tox. seldom so. The pains extend often into the bladder and urethra, and the urine itself is changed. It may have a turbid, flocculent, clay-like, copious, mucous sediment, or a reddish, mealy sediment, or be blood-red, but the persistent pains in the back are the leading indications. It is especially to be thought of in arthritic and rheumatic affections, when these back symptoms connected with urinary alterations are present. One very characteristic symptom is a bubbling sensation in the region of the kidneys. Another is soreness in region of kidneys when jumping out of a wagon or stepping hard downstairs or from any jarring movement. There is almost always, in the back troubles of Berberis a great deal of prostration or a sense of weakness across the back, and the face looks pale, earthy complexion, with sunken cheeks and hollow eyes, with blue circles under them. No matter what ails the patient, if he has persistent pain as above described in the region of the kidneys do not forget Berberis.

Lycopodium

Lithic acid diathesis; red sand in clear urine; > pains in back or kidneys after passing.

Nash

***********

Lycopodium is indicated more for gall bladder stones.

If you are getting stomach upset, don't take lyco, but continue with Berberis.

Berberis symptoms match most of the people who suffer from urethral calculi.See if your symptoms match the above picture.

Calc renalis is another medicine you can try in case berberis fails to relieve.

Today I visited urologist as after ultrasound and xray I didnt meet him he was out of town, after seeing my reports he scared me lot, he says that they will put scope thru my genital and try to break the stone if unable he will push back the stone in my kidney and put some kind of tube from kidney to bladder, later may be after 3-4 days he will crush stone by some kind of waves, the tube will help crushed particles to move out. I started sweating by listening all this, also the treatment is also very expensive for me. I am taking Berberis Q and Hydrangea Arbo Q regularly, there are no more stomach upsets, I will make one more ultrasound after 15 days to see if there is any reduction in size

Just about 10 days back I gave Berberis Vul.30c ...3 doses in a gap of 1/2 hour each to a patient who's ultrasound report had shown a stone in the bladder area.

After 5 days ...he saw some gravel pcs in the urine.

On the 7th day ...he went for an operation to AIIMS....after 2 hours in the operation room they sent him back...saying: cannot locate the stone. (Even I was surprised).

On his return ...I gave one more dose of Berberis Vul. 30C to him.

Today I got a phone call saying more gravel was there in the urine.

I hope this will give you an idea about the speed at which Berberis Vulgaris works.

The patietn is 75 years of age.

Thanks,

Since the stone has reduced in size.....in a few days it might break into pieces and then begin to pass through.
