Try to wear shoes/sandals with arch and heel support
Losing weight might help as well
Calc Flour 6x biochemic can help as well (3 tablets thrice a day)

I was a sufferer of heel spur, and used to walk with an obvious limp because of the pain.
I cured myself. It took me almost two years and a series of medicines.
What worked for me need not work for smoochie.
The best bet for him/her is to see a homeopath who sticks to one medicine at a time.

Dear Murthy
My last advice for him was to seek an experienced homeopath's advice. The first three advice could help him to an extent, but the final cure would come through a homeopath, a true homeopath

in response to Dr. Deslock,I'm liz,45 ,female in relationship 5'6,149lbs.usa, sunny south sometimes east sometimes west, so wet and dry climates.Pain in rt. heel mostly ,aches thru arch and radiates up achilles.started in dec.while moving. also physical work ,constuction/painting/ladders ,heavy work. one cat very sick an one cat hit by car, steve irwins gone (so sad) AND father just passed.feel suppressed grief ,anger ,like I have to do it all.pretty healthy but tired, & achey joints .take no meds.take womens multi-vt,msm,calcium.makin it hard to do ,want my mobilitie back.thanks to all that have responded ,I will find the remedies suggested...smoochie(my cats name, the one that is sick w/fip is hangin in there ,found a nosode we'll pray for the best!) be healthy and happy... |
