Thanks for so prompt reply.
First, I am sorry to ask you this terminology of Homeopathy, but it is necessary to clarify the point. What are pellets, granules, tables, globulets, pills and one grain (as Dr Deoshlok has suggested – I think it is powder form, but how it can be weighed at home?). If there is any definite size for them, could you please specify them? For wet dose do I have to shake the bottle every time I use? In the same context – what is tincture and what is solution? Which one of this is used to mix with tablets etc and which one can be taken to mix with water.
Second, I myself wanted to lose my weight, but I am unable to do so. For three months I have been half starving, but there is no use. I am a vegetarian, do not take even eggs. Thanks for suggesting me Natrum Phos. I hope it can work for me.
But since I have diabetes, I cannot escape with Metformin, I have to take this medicine 2 times a day. As far as the arthritis medicine is concerned, as I wrote you, I can skip for a day or two but not for long, because although it does not give me much relief, but when I don’t take I miss it, and I can’t walk even in the house.
Please suggest me what should I do? Thanks

I note that you have reposted your problem twice over at first and then again here.
When using any forum you are expected to only post once and also reply on the same thread. Your doing so 4 times over is perhaps an all time record and it is just as well that I saw it right now and responded.
You will have to make up your mind whose therapy you wish to use. I see that Deoshlok has also suggested his therapy but I stand by mine and it is up to you to choose and please respond on this forum only.
You can use Arnica 30c in the wet dose and Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoonful twice daily for your Diabetes with the Metformin which you will discover will bring down your BS level very low when you will be compelled to reduce the drug.
I believe that your Diabetes is due to your Obesity and there is every chance that with reduction of your weight which I hope will result on the Nat Phos 6c therapy, your Diabetes will also abate. | | |

I am sorry, but I did not post my problem twice intentionally. How did it happen, I don't know. I am really sorry for that.
I wish to follow your therapy. Now let me know how do you want me follow your therapy without getting into problem of diabetes, I can manage with my arthritis without medicine.
While you are prescribing the therapy, please explain the terminology of homeopathic, which I have asked, so that when I am buying the medicine I can explain to the shopkeeper what he sould give to me.

Now that you have decide to use my therapy I would like you to get:
Nat Phos 6x 500 tablets to reduce your weight ASAP Dose 3 tablets 3 times daily after meals
Arnica 30c either the Liquid form in Ethanol or the pellets which is more common depending on where you live.
Cinnamon powder -- a packet about 250gm.
The Arnica and the Cinnamon are for your Diabetes.
Your Arthritis will in my opinion be automatically cured when your weight is hopefully reduced. Please maintain a written record of your weight weekly and report response. | | |

Thanks a lot.
I can manage with Nat Phos 6x 3 times a day.
But I think I will have to buy Arnica 30c in liquid form (not mother tincture). Then how much I should mix in 500 ml spring water. And by the way how much I should buy?
This means that I will be taking (1) Metformin dose as usual, (2) Nat Phos, (3) Arnica and (4) Cinnamon powder.
How to take cinnamon powder? Gulping with water? or what?
Please reply so that I can start this quickly.

If you cannot get the Arnica 30c in Ethanol the pellets will do. You will use either 2 drops or 3 pellets in 500ml water.
You will soon see that you can reduce your dosage of Metformin to less than half in a few days as otherwise your BS level will be less than 100 which will be uncomfortable for you.
Cinnamon powder can be brewed into a tea and drunk by the cupful. Do not however exceed the 1/4 teaspoonful per cup twice daily. | | |

9/23/06 - Today I have got both the medicines (Arnica, and Nat Phos) I just want to confirm - it is written on the Arnica bottle that an adult should take 4 drops in a tsp water three times.
And you say the I should mix 2 drops of medicine in a half liter bottle of spring water and tap it 5-6 times on the palm. And I should tap it everytime I take the dose of 1 tsp - two times day. Is that right?
I just want to confirm whether have got right medicine of Arnica

Please follow the instructions that I have given you above precisely in every respect and I am confident that you will soon discover the efficacy of my therapy.
To verify if the Arnica is in Ethanol, please sniff a drop on your finger and check for the smell of alcohol. If it check out OK all you want is just 2 drops in a 500ml bottle of water.
Also remember the Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoonful twice daily in a tea
Please report response in your blood sugar levels in 2 days after you start the therapy. Do not stop the Metformin immediately as you will soon see that your BS level has dropped when you can adjust the Metformin to a lower dosage as the Arnica and Cinnamon takes over and hopefully you will be able to control your Diabetes with these 2 remedies only as many others have done.
I would prefer that you do not mix the therapy up with the Nat Phos also to reduce your weight as it would be better to see how your Diabetes responds and then start on the weight reduction program in a few weeks. | | |
