puppy

i am bad with vet. treatment...
our doberman puppy is 6 months now and has a problem with getting house trained. she pees outside when i let her out and tell her to pee, but she will pee inside as well.
her mom is a very hyper , easy to excite andless barking and whistling dog. we currently have them both her, i think, that's what makes the little one being hyper all the time.
as soon she is excited, she just pees on the floor. this could be caused by playing, somebody at the door, her barking at something etc etc. i don't think she actually realizes, she's peeing then and sometimes you see a long trace of pee on the floor, indicating, she was running while peeing. sometimes she just stopps whatever she does, pees a little and continues.
she's also very timid and when people are coming to the house she barks at them and does not let them touch her, but she will be 4 feet away from people and make a long nose to check these people out, jumping backwards as soon they will pet her. i believe, that's because her mom barks at everybody comig to the door and the little one 'learned" there is something to bark at - danger - be cautious!
the thing is, that my husband get's really annoyed by the everlating mopping up pee - well, me too, and he starts being very mean and angry at the puppy.
is there any remedy that could help?
It's not sure if there might be a physical problem but i don't think so. she pees very often and she also has a 'dump' at least 4 times a day. which i think is unnormal?
except that, she is a very nice curious little thing. loving, sparkling eyes, very plauful, just like a young dog should be, but she will be in big trouble if this doesn't stop. any ideas?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
first of all (depends upon 'purity' of breed ) and need consider 'tendencies' as a particular breed--doberman puppies NEED TO BE handled firmly but not abusive --they require constant directional guidance... VERY IMPORTANT doberman Pinschers are to have daily extensive exercise ,including running.(fenced in running lot is mandatory )--barking and suspicion is typical to this breeds 'ingrained' tendencies..

what is climate you live in?

climate: canada, summers hot, winters cold. lot of humidity in the summertime

vaccinations yet: only the first shot yet, but i am not sure what it was given. i don't have insight in the vaccination passports. it's the regular 6 weeks age.

mother never had aby disease. the pups had diarreah with 4 weeks and were treated with beptobism. they also had these puppi piples for some weeks that look like chicken pox. I gave the pup sulfC30 once and arn C30. sulf for the pimples and the goddamn vaccination and arn for after they got the ears and tails cropped.

i don't think we do something wrong what concerns training, but i know the mom' s behavious doesn't help to train. we are pretty firm with her - just enough not to 'break' her. it's only her pee and poo problem she has
