neck and right shoulder pain

I am suffering from cervical spondylities since last 4 months.For few months I have gone for Ayurvedic treatment. since last 2 months I am doing Physiotherapy and took medicnes for 1 week. But so far no relief is there. I want to have Homeotherapy treatment. Please advice.

1.Pain Right shoulder associated with liver disorder,yellow skin, jaundiced conditions, constipation, tongue coated yellow, bad taste in mouth etc. ...CHELIDONIUM MAJUS Q

2.Muscular pain...RHUS TOX 200C(specially worse in rainy season..RHUS)..and ARNICA 200C.

3. Cervical Spondylisis...with mind in constant state of worry ....loss of sleep....difficult menstruation etc. ...COCCULUS INDICA 30C

i have pain in my ring finger and in my shoulders from last 2 months.got X-ray done and itseems i have spondylities.could u please me what precautions and medicines shuld i take.
