Neck bone spurs

I have had two operations in the last 8 years for bone spurs in the neck. The first time they went through the back of the neck. 18 months ago the went through the front and fussed the neck. I have just had X-rays done and have bone spurs again. I am not looking forward to the third surgery in 8 years. Can anybody tell me how to avoid this problem. Thank You Woodbucher 52

Homemade Silica would help you in 2-3 months.

Best thing for boe spurs is Hecla 6x daily for a week - wait a week and then use Hecla 30c daily for 5 days.

Hecla Lava is a Silicea composite.
