I was prescribed "carsino Cinuu" or Carcin Zooch , writing hard to read (not sure of spelling. I can't find anything on this remedy. I've been prescribed 200ch 3 pellets for 3 consecutive days, I am feeling hesitant about taking it. I am sensitive to medications and have had a few uncomfortable reactions to a couple of homeopathic remedies. I was told to expect some "aggravation" and the college/practitioner is working on my constitution to find my constitutional rememdy, in the meantime, they want me to take this. If anyone has any info on this remedy...Please let me know, I can't find this rememdy on this website...maybe the spelling is wrong. Thanks, Amy |

if you are referring to CARCINCIN, yes i'm familiar with that. it is an alternative to IGNATIA. my homeo said it was 'breast tissue'. in my case it was prescribed for grief. hope that helps.

Thanks for the response. I'm not sure if it's the same, maybe carcincin is another name for it. I can't find carcincin or carin cinuu or carsino or anything similar online.

Probably is Carsinosin - but in my book steer clear of 200 potencies- try 100 or 1m.

Why is Carcinosinum available by prescription only? Is it safe to take in LM potencies? Can it cause cancer?

Passkey,
Why do you steer clear of 200C, but go to 1M?

My reason is personal . I read of an old homeopath who said steer clear of the 200- that is 200c - 200x is ok. The reason is that it is very effective and some people prescribe for that reason . But I have also found that along with the efectivness you can sometimes rouse aggravations . These are not harmful but can sometimes put a patient "off" homeopathy. Just a personal quirk!.

Passkey,
Makes sense to me. I would use 200C for acutes, but not for chronics...as to the possible aggrevation.
