Eyes and area around gets Tired

Hi,

I work in software industry. From morning to evening I am in AC room with my pc in front of. During evening I feel the tiredness in the eyes, forehead and temples. This makes me feel that I am tired a lot.

My office is about 16 kms aways from my place. So I drive down from my home to office and then back to home. There are lots of pollution like dust, smoke, etc. I go to office by bike and do not wear sunglasses or any glasses.

I am allergic to pollen and house dust.

I take tea twice a day and coffee 3 times a day.

I have dark circles around my eyes.

Physical activities are not great. I try to get to my floor which is 5th floor by stairs.

I took sulphur 200 c for 4 days twice a day as I was having itching in both the legs, tighs and buttocks. I have stopped taking it as itching has reduced a lot.

I have been taking Nat Phos 6x for two days as I was having lot of acidity. Nat Phos has given me a amazing relief.

I drink occassionally. I do not smoke. I love eating mutton, chicken, fish and vegetables.

I am not taking any other medication.

Looking to your replies.

Thanks,
Vicky.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

VIcky

Since I have been upgraded by a few members, one of whom seems to be allergic to me as the so called Arnica and Nat Phos specialist on the ABC, I hope that Deoshlok will not mind my butting in on this thread to which he has already posted his reply.

I am glad that Nat Phos 6x has helped you but I would not recommend that you use the high potency that was recommended in the post above of Arnica 200c twice daily for a month. I believe that this can have some negative after effects.

I would certainly recommend Arnica but only in the 6c potency in the wet dose taken just once daily before sleep as this will help you in many ways and will help you to sleep more deeply.

Dear vicky,
Arnica it self of derived from the plant. There is no side effect and toxicity. It is frequently use by every house in India and cureing lot of disease. you can take 6c to 10m. 1M weekly one dose or 10m every fortnightly.

Dear Joe,
Actually the wet dose made from 6C potency...the way you asking all to make it....works out to a higher potency .....like 100C or higher.

So I don't see much difference in what Deoshlok is saying and you are saying.

Besides, Arnica is from the plant kingdom ...and no known side effects.

Pankaj,

You have made an interesting point about the increase of a 6c potency to a 100c or higher when it is made into the wet dose.

I do not agree with your theory which is also not accepted by Dr Luc de Schepper to whom I owe my conversion to the wet and split dose method that I use to dispense remedies.

According to Luc the potency of the wet dose remains the same as the remedy which was used either in Ethanol drops which I favour, or even in the lactose pellets which can range from No 10 to 30. I have even seen Luc use the very fine pellets like grains of sand and they worked equally well when just 2 or 3 grains of the remedy were used in a 500ml bottle of spring water.

I must admit that I was very skeptical of this wet dose method being able to help a patient but when the response of patients to a remedy was compared with the response to the usual dry dose, I decided that the wet dose method was the way to go.

I do realize that this concept of using just 2 grains of the remedy is sufficient to potentize the 500 ml bottle of water seems mind boggling but however irrational this seems, I can assure you that is does work. You too can test out the efficacy of this wet dose method that was first discovered and recorded by Hahnemann in the sixth edition.

I would recommend that you read the 2 books by Luc which are now available from Jain which will give you an introduction to Luc entitled:

Hahnemamm Revisited
Achieving and Maintaining the Similimum.

You may like to know that the majority of homeopaths in Sri Lanka are now following my lead in using the wet dose as they too have discovered that this method works far more effectively that the dry.

Well Joe,

If you know how homeopathic meds are made:

When you are diluitng the medicine..you are increasing the potency...that is the principle of homeopathy.

You are doing exactly that with the wet dose...common sense....where is the need to read books on this !

The carrier can be ethanol or spring water.

Thanks,
