Territorial cat

I have a cat who is 5 years old and I rescued him when was 1. He is a very sweet cat towards me and other humans but I have another cat who is 9 that he is aggressive and territorial with especially when he is hungry. He will jump and attack her. If she uses the bathroom, he preys on her and waits and chases her. He can sometimes be sweet towards her but he always instigates a fight. He’s very dominating and wants all the attention and affection from me. What can I do? I’m going out of town and I worry he will be like this without my supervision.
