severe migraine , constipation, pressure in intestine and gastric issues
i am suffering from severe migraine pain which ended up on vomiting. this pain aggrevaited by noise light and exposure to cold wind or air or when i talk loudly for a long duration. also when i am under stress or wakeup late morning. i have also problem of constipation and severe gastric problem. i observed that my intestine are not properly extracting vitamins and other necessary items from food which i eat. my blood pressure remains low normally 100/70[Edited by mamoon1987 on 2024-03-31 08:25:57]

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X AND NAT MUR MUR 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

sir i have brought your prescribed medicines but medical store owner gave me silicea 3X instead of 6X. should i use it or have to return

1st feedback, thanks Doctor for your help...i am feeling very well and no migraine episode since use of these medicine. considerable change occured in my skin condition... the intestine pressure after meal is now very low.However gestric and acidity problems still exist.
