Sacroiliitis

F,42, a chilly patient(desires warmth, covering), right sided, <prolong sitting, >rest, >walking, <bending backward, aching pain, pain radiates to hip, thigh and leg, cold sensation scapular region, icy cold feet.

While I was traveling and received the call, I didnt have my repertory with me. Based on my understanding at the time, I suggested a dose of Silicea 30 and asked her to observe for 48 hours. Upon my return a few hours ago, I did repertorization, and Rhus tox appeared to be a better indicated remedy. Other remedies that came closer were Sepia, Phos, Calc-p, and Caust. Since I perform manual repertorization, there might be a chance of missing something. Any thoughts on this are welcome.
