Restless mind
Hi iam 45years old male..unmarried.My problems list.
Too much porn addiction.
Too much anxiety.fear.nervousness
No focus..lots of thoughts in mind .I took online test of ADHD and almost eighty percent symptoms were matched.like focus,untidy home and workplace,not able to put things properly,poor thinking,childish behaviour,low self esteem,depression.etc
.talking to myself all the alone time.
anger issues.
when resting on bed I move my legs very much.
substance abuse.i cannot control my self of eating certain things like iam addicted to them.
I used staphisegeria for sometime and I feel it works for me .like porn addiction disappears for 15 days or so.confidence revived etc.but it only remains for some days..
my main problem today is my mind always
restless...like monkeys jumping inside.i want to slow down my mind.
I need a medicine

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
DAY 4 ONWARDS
STRAMONIUM 200.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , ONES A DAY
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION FERRUM PHOS 6X AND KALI PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

I have used medicine as you advised..I bought them late so this late feedback ..iam not sure about the effects of medicine.all I can say that it is become a little bit easier to have a eye contact with other people...also I feel a little less depressed...but porn addiction,substance abuse and restless mind problems exist.. though I dont expect them to go away just after seven days of medicine.si can I continue with same medicine,?
