SLAP tear in shoulder labrum (torn cartilage)
Hey guys,I have a SLAP tear in my shoulder and its basically when the cartilage that attaches to the bone of the shoulder joint is torn. I know cartilage takes a while to heal but is there anything that can help it heal faster?
