Right kidney stone 11-12mm, 1670 HU density in renal pelvis

My daughter 6 years of age is having 11mm kidney stone in right pelvis with density of 1670 HU. Initial symptoms were pain with vomiting in lower abdomin. Urologist advised PCNL but we do not want her surgery unless it is a must. Since start of homeo treatment, no pain or vomiting. cCurrent medication in use is Lycopodium 30 (5 drops thrice daily), Berberis Vulgaris (10 drops thrice daily) and Apis Mellifica 200 (5 drops daily at night).
Kindly let me know whether the stone of mentioned size, hardness, and position is treatable in homeopathy? Report attached.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
In homeopathy, pathology holds minimal significance, and it is the symptoms that guide towards the appropriate remedy. Without the present symptoms of your daughter being provided, its challenging to prescribe an individualized remedy.

Try Berberis 6c, gl-1, twice daily. This remedy is clinically proven. Stop other medicines.

Thank you for kind response. Currently she has no symptoms. Initial symptoms were pain in lower abdomin with vomiting mostly in the afternoon-& evening that lasted for around 4 hours and then recurred after 10 days. Pain & vomit usually occurred after eating spinach, finger chips. Since start of homeopathic treatment, no pain and no vomit but stone size hasnt reduced.

Sorry to interrupt here.

If she is only 6 years old then I think first we should try to find which type of stone is that and what is making the stone (Uric acid, Calcium, Cystine or Struvite)? So that it can be stopped in future.

The composition of stone can be obtained after stone is excreted and tested in laboratory. As per Dr assessment its most probably Calcium stone (calcium phosphate). Kindly advise. Her RFT report is herewith attached.

The shape of stone can also indicate the type.
Ziomih will guide you
