High Bp, headaches, hair fall, Severe case of endometriosis(hx of breast canr)
Hi,I’m a 41year old female, I was diagnosed with breast canr in 2019, I had a lumpectomy I left breast, chemotherapy and radiation, and had been put on hormone therapy ie.Tamoxifen
Recent scans, show a benign growth since 1-2 years, it pains sometimes, but much less since I’m on injections to suppress ovaries)
Since Jan, I started getting extremely painful periods which got progressively worse , debilitating pain with fainting, with vomiting or diarrhea, then constipation, they pain wud last beyond my periods and before them too,
I developed Sciata lower back pain pain in my legs etc,.. gassy bloated stomach.
I tried heat packs , castor oils packs (for 2 months) nothing worked, just got worse, wet cupping temporarily relieved pain for a few hours , I got it done twice in June.
In July I was given 2 doses of morphine bcoz the pain wa so severe, paracetamol not effective, plus bcoz I was vomiting they gave in IV. Ultrasound and mri showed multiple fibroids and endometriomas in each ovary (cyst) a severe case of endometriosis.
Since august I have stopped tamoxifen and been given Zoldex monthly injections which has stopped my periods, and relieves me of all the pains in lower extremities)
Instead my headaches have increased
And now I have high bp , I am taking cozar 50mg for it, which bc is now ineffective, it brought it down a little, I still have readings 151/100, I sometimes feel pressure rings around my head, sometimes just on my temples, but in general I feel very unwell,
My headaches above my ear (mostly left side ) have started again after a long time , I think it trigeminal nueuralgia, I have to constantly cover my head with a warm cap even during bedtime as not to worsen or trigger it, although I feel extreme heat due to hot flashes.
And my hair is shedding uncontrollably, which a cause of immense anxiety and depression for me.. other all my other issues which doctors have no clear solutions for, even a complete removal of ovaries and uterus wud get rid of endometriosis pain, but it will cause same issues as with zoladex.
They have no solutions in allopathy for me for my endometriosis, bcoz of my hx of breast canr which was ER and PR positive
So they can’t give me contraceptive hormones,
So they gave me zoladex for ovary suppression, or a complete hysterectomy with bilateral oophrectomy is the next option, which I may have to go for.
( I was put on progesterone on my full pregnancy before I gave birth to my child, I dunno if that is important info , because I had a miscarriage just before this pregnancy, it was a very difficult pregnancy, I had many issues, (initially extreme hair fall, severe lower back pain for weeks, was put voltaren injections(which isn’t good during pregnancy), lower abdominal cramps, took progesterone for that, gestational diabetes, varicose veins)
my son also faced issues after birth (multiple loose stools with mucus and blood everyday, that got resolved with homeopathy natrum carbonicum I think ) and now I feel he has Asperger’s, I couldn’t understand this before.
I also have hypothyroidism since 2014 dec taking levothyroxine 50mg for it.
I’m miserable and hopeless I can’t deal with ailments one after the other, my bp is not normalizing even with cozar,
I started a mix of rauwolfia , crategous and Passiflora, 3 days ago, it hasn’t helped, although it used to.
I read up on Lachesis bcoz I came across it in this homeopathy video for high bp,

I wanted to try it, bcoz a lot of symptoms match with it, but bcoz it’s a very high dose and strong medicine, I wanted a homeopathic doctors advise instead specific to my case.
I’m very apprehensive bcoz I heard homeopathy first aggravates the problem, and bcoz I’ve been through canr it scares me, I hate going to the doctor and hospital since my diagnosis, it makes very anxious.

I just checked my old threads, another homeopath had suggested Lachesis 200 for me years ago, at that time I didn’t have so they made me try other remedies, I think it was sepia, which didn’t help much and later when I received another doctor told me I can’t have Lachesis bcoz it’s contrary for use with hypothyroidism, and the one I was communicating with stopped responding.
Please advise
Also I thought u would get me to fill out the detailed questionnaire about my ailments, and other issues before prescribing… ?
I got varicose veins in my last pregnancy which was painful but only little abs sometimes now, also constsipation and piles , inactivity, procrastination,
I want to fix my routine n sleep early and be productive in the morning but I’m not able to, which a cause for stress guilty self loathing not being able to for years, just writing emails has given me a pulsating head and pressure rings around heavy head ,

Reporting after nux vom 200 and msg phos 6x
Head is lighter than before, but still heavy with rings of pressure on an dec off , and nerve above ear pain on and off, but less than before
Got natural bowel movement last 2 days in a row and after many many months , quiet a relief.

I do have Lachesis 200 now
and msg phos 6x
(Other issues; hypothyroidism since 2014 dec taking levothyroxine 50mg for it, constipation, not much bowel movement (worse since past few months), piles(since pregnancy), varicose veins, plantar fasciitis, premature greying of hair, especially above both ears since years, low vit D as usual)
Main concerns- High Bp not controlled even with losartan(started losartan since 1.5 months), continuous varying headaches, pressure, nerve a heaviness etc.

On zoladex injections since 6 months so No pelvic nor lower body pains anymore. No periods. Medical menopause until I am on zoladex. No more uterus pains nor vomiting nothing related to that, no pains nor symptoms.
Main concern is my head now , pressure rings and the ones which gets effected by cold always wearing a cap, so uncomfortable bcoz of my hot flashes,
One more thing I remembered the fingers of my left arm are numb on waking up since past few weeks ( I sleep on my right)

I stopped nux vom 15 drops for 3 days& mag phos 6x after taking it for 3 days as u had recommended, as I was getting acid reflux,
And now after some days (5-6) I’m constipated again and piles is aggravated again.
Please advise,

Let me tell you some of my history
I had a period of extremely bad acne, more than 10years ago, after my first child, which was surprising, my periods pain were much improved.. gone , hence I thought hormones shud have been more balanced.
I took long courses of antibiotics, and finally it stopped, I now have a pimple once in a while here and there,
I had acne in my teens, but mild, not severe.
The main issue is since always i always scar easily, the dark marks take ages to lighten ,
I had a miscarriage in dec 2012, at 4.5months, and conceived 4 months after that, I started having severe hairfall in the pregnancy
Which I had never faced before, pregnancy previously had made my hair better, except for last one,
(And now I again I have severe hairfall bcoz of zoladex (ovary suppression) injections. ) and hot flashes and weakness stiffness in my joints.)
After this last pregnancy 2014,I got hypothyroid, varicose veins, gestational diabetes during it. And hair fall. They had me on progesterone during the whole pregnancy, bcoz I had cramps in lower abdomen. I got diagnosed with cancr in 2019, it was invasive ductal…
I also have very hot hands and feet, very uncomfortable, finger rings get tight , don’t wear them regularly. I crack my knuckles to try to get rid of the tightness, doesn’t help.
This only gets better in lower temperatures but has to be cold atleast 15-16 celcius.
My concern is , would sulphur flare up acne or eczema(I got that during chemotherapy, neuropathy in my feet) or something ? As I don’t have those issues right now.
FYI nux vom for 3 nights with mag phos, improved my head situation considerably . Bp is similar (145/92+) top one improves but bottom one is still around 95-97, Although I can’t feel it anymore.
Plz do address my concerns , and please advise further which remedy to go ahead with .

No, I haven’t tried Lachesis nor sulphur yet,
It’s just that I know a case where someone took thuja 200, I don’t know about the dosage, and they got the patchy white skin(lost pigmentation)
With higher potency of strong acting remedies like sulphur /lachesis, so I feel we shud proceed with analysis and caution. So there is no long term adverse effect.
I’m ok to go ahead with either , if you feel it’s safe in my case, which ever would benefit me best.

(I shud update there’s improvement in bowel movement, although I had only taken nux vom, for the 3 nights u prescribed. after contacting u about acid reflux , I restarted the mag phos 6x only, is it the result of that or after effects or nux ? Can I start my iron tablets now , I didn’t bcoz they always make it much worse )

I noticed few days or a week or more, that there are white lines inside of my cheeks gum area I had these years ago , maybe 8-10yrs, was worried very anxious that it might be something severe, it disappeared on its own.
Now it’s back, don’t know what triggered it. It started with a tiny small line, it’s spreading, just like it did before.
Don’t know what triggers this, and makes me anxious nervous and overthinking racing thoughts come, trying to make patterns of events leading to a negative conclusion.
Also my left hip joint is painful, pain started after a walk. Anyway my joints are stiff due to zoladex injections.
I was due to start sulphur today morning, then I thought I should let u know this. Please advise, I was feeling ok, then this oral issue came to mind, I’m used to the hot flashes and joint stiffness since months on zoladex, hair loss makes me anxious , as it’s on going,
and I have developed melasma , also like a butterfly wing in my right cheek, (got these in last pregnancy)
And dark pigmentation under my lower lash lines and corner of eyes since 2-3 months. Never had this before in life.
and now this oral issue has returned after years!
Apprehensions have started again, so haven’t taken the remedy, also bcoz I was feeling better than before, so didn’t want to risk triggers issues again or getting new ones.
Please advise,
