Pulsatilla 30c

Currently taking pulsatilla 30c for a cough. The cough produced greenish yellow phlegm in the morning but was dry during the day and night. Nasal passages were block and had wheezing from the throat. I took 1 teaspoon of 30c wet dose 4 times every 40 minutes. Cough improved but then got chest tightness and wheezing in the chest due to asthma. Dosed every hour a few times after that. Cough, nasal congestion and chest tightness improved but now I have a headache, backache and achy legs and do not feel well overall. I also feel very bored and restless. I want to do something like work out but just don’t feel well. Still coughing but not as frequently and do not need a breathing treatment. Is the headache/backache and just not feeling well a proving or an accessory symptom since pulsatilla covers headaches and backaches? Should I go up in potency?

If you are asthamatic,any particular time when you get the attacks?

Have MAG PHOS 6X and NAT SULPH 6 FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY.

Thanks for your response. I’m only asthmatic from sports induced and during cold viruses. It flares in the morning upon waking and also in the evening when I have a respiratory infection. But I have been wheezing from the throat (silent reflux possibly) for 2 years. Inhaler (Albuterol) helps it.

Whenever I run or am physically active I get chest tightness and wheeze either from the throat or chest. Albuterol helps.

I forgot to mention that my asthma and silent reflux are also triggered by foods, especially fruits and vegetables that are high in salycilates as I have an allergy to salycilates and many other things such as mold, dust mites, pollen, grass and ragweed.
