Male angry temper
Hello,I am looking for kind suggestions for a 41 year old male who is struggling with his emotions. Please see the following symptoms.
-Alcohol overuse and binge drinking nearly daily.
-Angry outbursts at wife. Puts her down and yells about irrelevant circumstances. Wants to make her feel bad. He comes down quickly from his rage like nothing ever happened and wife is left hurt time after time.
-Strong worries about finances. Feels he has over spent and has no security blanket with money.
-Sleeping poorly. Wakes very early with anxiety mainly about expenses and over extending himself.
-Demands lots of attention from wife. Wants to be caressed any chance by his wife to soothe him.
-Desperately wants intercourse with wife, and wife doesnt want to be touched by him because she is hurt by his words and sees him cowardly for being drunk.
History
-Broke arm when 16, had surgery with metal plate inside.
-Never lost 2 of his baby teeth. Adult teeth never erupted.
Please let me know if more information is needed.

Wife takes the brunt of his outbursts, but his children can irriate him and can flip on his parents as well if spending too much time will agitate him. He would never get as angry at his parents as he does his wife.

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
REPEAT ON WEEKLY BASIS FOR THREE DAYS.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X AND KALI PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

He has been taking Nux 200 before bed for some time now as it helps him fall asleep.
Should he continue with this or perhaps increase potency?

Maybe 2 months, sometimes he take chammomila, nux, coffea or belladonna to help him sleep. He rotates them so nothing consistent.
