If you allow me to share some things that I think are wrong with me:

I have the intestinal muscles stiffen while I sleep and wake up with low energy and feeling cold . Very rarely they dont contract during the night and I wake up with energy and warm. Its not related to the food as I already tested it out, sometimes because I had bad dreams they become even more stiffer.


In day time I often feel mai jaw very stiff like its locking by itself, and if even if I try to intentionally open the mouth I feel like some muscle fibers try to resist and lock again.
That usually happens with the muscles used more often - back, neck, jaw, intestines and diaphragm .

Always had problem with muscle recovery, as when I exercised the muscles sore always cost me long time to recover, sometimes around 7 days.

Also my reflexes are very very acute, if something falls I immediately can see it and catch it, even if Im not looking in that direction.
I have seen people with good reflexes but not that high.

Something with nervous system, I guess.

Hello Dr Anuj , yesterday was the 5th day of taking Nux 200. I had a reaction about 1 hour after taking the med that was resembling an electric storm in my body. A lot of fasciculations of single muscle fibres , felt like an electric discharge. It took almost an hour to pass this effect.

Dont feel anything improved but I was very scared as I didnt knew what is happening.
Please advise.

Dear Dr Anuj , Nux dont work anymore and what I noticed is that everytime I feel bad I am very dehydrated, my skin is dry , mucous membranes are dry and my body refuses water. If I force myself to drink water I feel even worse and more dehydrated, even with small sips, my skin becomes even more dehydrated and more muscle burning, stiffness and pain.

I tried so many times in my life to drink water but my body wont use it, I go immediately at the bathroom.

In blood the only one that is low its potassium, but in mineral hair test theres a lot of them: potassium (the lowest) calcium , magnesium, iron, molibden, strontium, so minerals dont enter in cells, the only one with normal value in hair test is zinc.
Supplements with mag/potassium or others dont help , my body doesnt store them in cells.

I dont feel any improvement after Nux m, but I had some kind of violent muscle contraction and it was hard to breathe and during that time my mouth was very dry , mucous membranes dry, and lymph vessels and nodes were inflamed, some round shape some likes strings.

Lymph nodes are inflamated for many years but when this happened they inflamated more and did hurt.

Hello Dr Anuj, stiffness is slowly progressing some days better some days worst, same as for lymphatic system. But they are closely corelated
, when lymphatic system is more inflamated the more stiffness.
