Torn tendons in shoulder from heavy chest exercise

Hello experts.
I Hope this finds you in the best of your health.

so 3 years ago i was in aggressive mood. i decided to chest press 120 pound barbell and after doing that i felt pain in my shoulder ( right above my armpit)

everytime i do chest exercises or bicep excercises my shoulder would start aching bad.

3 years later i decided to get MRI done and seems like 2 muscle tendons ( infraspinatus and supraspinatus ) have 7mm tear

i did physical therapy for 2 months and that is not helping much.

my doctor said time for surgery. im scared and i dont want to do this.

when i wake up and my shoulder aches bad because right shoulder is damaged worst and i sleep on my right hand side.

if i am sitting on sofa and my right arm is on the arm rest and my shoulder hurts.

what remedies should i take for this please HELP!
i have taken , and grav 200.....are these good for shoulder muscle/tendon tears?

thus tox and arnica felt better but when certain movements make the pain & ache come back...

PLEASE HELP AND SAVE ME FROM SURGERY....
