Feeling very sleepy whole day
I was last given natrum carb 30 for heat issues .For few dayys it went well and it helped me with sleep.Now I feel sleepy during night,wake up as early as 4 am and whole day feel sleepy until evening like 4 pm.pls advise. Nat. Carb 30 usually follows Causticum for early wake up which is generally accepted.
Nux Vom and Sepia too deal with - early waking, afternoon tiredness and sleepiness and could be complemented to Nat Carb in few cases. In case of any doubt - Nux Vom could be chosen.
What is best for you will ultimately depend on your physical and interview evaluation by a professional homeopath.

What is more important is to take care, maintain proper sleep hygiene, regular schedule, light dinner, lights properly off for 8-9 hours for the remedies to work (sleep in dark is highly recommended!) and adequate physical activities.
