Sorry, Im a bit confused. Last week you wrote to me as an instruction:
FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 4 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it. HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER. FOR 3 NIGHTS.

I have nux vom 200 in granules but not drops.
Have I got it all wrong?

After eating, the arrhythmia started. As a result, the heart rate remained high. Coughing. Anxiety in stomach. The stomach swelled. Tingling in left shoulder and wrist.
Feeling scared.

About a week ago, I took one dose. Natrum Arsenicosum 1M.

The arrhythmia caused a headache. Like a hoop tightening the head.

The stomach swells. Burp. Cheeks get hot..

Crying now. I just cry. I consider myself a bad person. I feel guilty for being angry with my loved ones.

The guilt of being angry with my loved ones came up yesterday when I noticed that my husband had another mole on his skin.
I dont know if this has affected the relationship Ive had heart palpitations and anxiety.

I would also like to mention that I often get cold. I like to take a sauna or a warm shower. They make me feel better.

A child with stomach disease came to me for treatment. Can I take Nux Vom and Arsenicum Album 30C to keep me from getting sick? I am currently taking Pulsatilla. Will Nux Vom and Arsenicum Album prevent Pulsatilla from working?

Thank you for the message. Yes, there is a fear of getting sick.

Ive been scared since I was a child. I have taken care of my mother and father since I was a child.
Mother had many different illnesses, just like father.

My mom, dad and grandma would have died if I hadnt taken them to the hospital. Mother would have died of a heart attack and father of pneumonia. Grandma was given too much medicine in the nursing home.

I took care of all the people around me. Friends call me if they get sick. The sisters call me if they get sick. My daughter calls me if she or someone in her family gets sick.
When people call and tell about their problems, I listen and try to help. Its very heavy.
I would like to save everyone, but my own health is suffering.
Now I have removed from social media (instagram) all unknown persons who talk about their own illnesses there. This is how I slowly start to protect myself.

A painful scab (herpes?) appeared on the right nostril. This is an old problem.
I sweat at night. I sleep really bad. Feeling tired during the day.
My neck hurts.
The joints of the big toe are painful.
I have been taking cell minerals and pulsatilla regularly.

I had written four days ago that a child with a stomach disease came to me for treatment. Last night my stomach was bloated and I burped a lot. Last night I threw up about ten times. I probably got a stomach bug from the kid.
I took one dose of Nux Vom 200 and three doses of Arsenicum Album 30C. The stomach bug went well.
Feeling tired now. The food doesnt taste good. Dry mouth.

My husband and I went on trips when the vomiting passed. Im getting homesick now. Ever since I was a child, Ive been homesick if I go somewhere at night.

Should I continue with Pulsat?

After the stomach ailment, heartburn remained. It is more in the right stomach and throat.

I have been taking Capsicum annuum for 4 days.
Im fine.
Ears itch. We are traveling and I wear silicone earplugs at night. I think thats the reason for the itching. There is a sweet-smelling discharge from the ears.

Still itchy around the anus.

The sound in the ears (the rumble of the machine) has been gone. It was already gone before Capsicum Annuum C30 started. The high-pitched tinnitus is still there.

I took sulfur for the first time this morning.
Feeling confused all day. I forget things. Dizziness. When I move my eyes, the dizziness gets worse.
Weakness in hands.

I got a urinary tract infection about two weeks ago. I started treating it with Sarsapar 30C because the symptoms were closest to it. Symptoms:
-constant need to go to the toilet
- severe pain when urinating, especially the last drops
-itching at the mouth of the bladder
At first, I took Sarsaparilla five grains every half hour. then less often when the symptoms eased. I also tried cell minerals Ferrum Phos, Kali Sulph, Nat Mur and Calc Sulph. I took cell minerals by trial and error, so not all at once.
Sarsapari made it easier, but didnt completely remove the symptoms, i.e. it didnt go deep enough.
In the end, I had to consult a doctor and order an antibiotic treatment. I have now taken antibiotics twice. They have caused stomachache and nausea.
Can I take sarspar and can I somehow increase the power of 30C?
The hardest thing of all is that I have to go to the toilet several times at night. Sarsaparilla helped that the need was reduced to two times.

It should also be mentioned that I have taken sarsaparilla (30C) for only two days. I didnt take any yesterday. At first, I treated the problem with cell minerals and cranberry juice.
