Dancer ankle injury

Dear sirs,

a family member (30, non-smoker, no alcohol, on homeopathy since 2008) is a dancer and she had been training very intensively for an audition these weeks. Now she has strong ankle pain in the ligaments and is very worried because neither Arnica nor Ruta have brought any relief or maybe, not yet.
First, it was the left ankle which started aching when, 8 days ago, she went to a physiotherapist for maintenance (no pain anywhere until that day) but he pressed the soft outside area of the ankle so hard that it got swollen almost 1 hour later and at night, a bit bruised. The bruise went away with Arnica cream and globuli but the swelling was very slow to go away and there appeared something like a knot in that area, which is still there today too and is painful even when she lies down to sleep. She kept training, using the right leg more, since the left ankle was swollen and apparently, she overused the right ankle by doing so because 2 days ago, while she just stretched her right foot forward, she got sudden, very intense pain in the outer part of the ankle that made even walking very painful.
That scared her.
No swelling but she cannot stretch the foot. And this ankle too makes it hard to find a position to sleep. Ice brings lots of relief.
She stopped all training and is very worried because the process of healing appears to be very slow despite Arnica and Ruta which had been hugely effective and quick to act in the past. She developed a very unusual drowsiness after lunch and sleeps right afterwards, which she never did in the past and that heavy, sudden drowsiness is worrying her very much as well.
Rhus Tox 200 brought some sudden back pain right after taking the first globulus, then after the second she felt shoulder pain , both of which she never had and that scared her even more. They disappeared right upon stopping Rhus Tox though.
Due to very bad side effects to strong anti-inflammatory pills the allopathic orthopaedic doctors had prescribed to her in the past, she does not want to try any new such pills this time, nor do any cortisone injections like her coach suggested.
Do you happen to have some good advice?
Thank you in advance.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Try single dose of Ledum 200c and just observe for a week.
Directions - Drop a single pellet of the remedy into a cup of water, swirl gently to dissolve the pellet completely and take only a teaspoon, one teaspoon constitutes a single dose.
Discard the remaining water solution.

It was getting better, combined with daily physiotherapy and she was back to all normal activities without any pain in the outside tendons of both ankles when going up and down stairs nor when driving, nor when training lightly.
But this afternoon, while she was training comparatively less lightly (meaning, still slowly but stretching the ankle tendons again instead of doing everything in flex position, which was a safe position after the injury), the right ankle started hurting again, so much so that she had to stop, sit on the floor with ice on the ankle.
Since that hour, she is very worried, she looks at moments very angry and then very sad again because the audition is in 5 days. The physiotherapist told her yesterday that the area of the feet looked mostly fine again and that she wouldnt need to go to him on Monday again, so she was relieved, in a bright mood and eager to train again after the inactivity of the previous days.

Probably relevant: the unusual drowsiness after eating which she had developed during the days she was injured, stopped 3 days ago but today, she had it suddenly again and it was a few hours later that the right ankle pain returned despite the physiotherapists prognose.

Take a single wet dose of Ledum 200c followed by Puls 30c at least 1 hour apart.

Directions - Drop a single pellet of the remedy into a cup of water, swirl gently to dissolve the pellet completely and take only a teaspoon, one teaspoon constitutes a single dose.
Discard the remaining water solution.
