Left breast painful and low hemoglobin
I request advice from experts for the following symptoms of my wife;1. two months back swolen axillary gland which was removed by giving phytolaca 30.
2. again has swolen gland and sever pain in left breast which spread around the affected area and back veinst are painful and are blue and purplish color.
3. got mamography which shows no mass lession or micro calcification no skin thickening but few benign looking lymph nodes are seen and breast parenchyma is moderatly dense.
4. she has a big wart on left leg which is now painful to touch and is surrounded by purplish blue samll veins.
She is of 40 and has three kids.

thank u very much John for reply. Nothing special occured 2 months before. But two years bach she had problem of excess mentural blood due to fibroids and had operation to remove cyst. but uterus was not removed. still she has excess blood in first two or three days of the period.
please let me know the cause of low hemoglobin (6.8) and how it can be raised. best regards

need to know exact menses characteristics?and what complaints accompany /associated with menses?before?at start of ?during?after? mental/emotional/physical?
when last menses?when next due?
how many pregnancies?abortions:misscarriages?
birth controled used in healh history?please explain
what is exact diet of wife?include everyting....snacks;drinks....etc---whatfoods she avoid and why?

the wart is almost 12 years old was not painful but for the last 3 years.
No abortions,no miscarraige
three normal deliveries.
No medicine used for birth control except condoms.
One thing I forgot , she has lot of gas with noisy belching if any part of the body specially aching part is pressed hard.
She takes normal diet non alchohlic.
Likes cold drinks.Last menses ended 3days before.
Heavy bleeding in the first two days. Takes Calcium to reduce flow.
